Set the instructions correctly
Erick Teixeira De SantanaMake sure that the cab of the vehicle is clean! There were 3 smears of dog shit in the cab, which we had to clean ourselves. This took time out of our busy move, and was absolutely disgusting to encounter.

Daniel ReardonI am not upset with this particular location as they were the ones that saved our move. We were supposed to pick up a 20' truck at Calbecks on Murray street in Brantford and was told that there is not one available. The person behind the counter was snarky and rude, she did try to help, but was very abrupt. Why in the world do you let people "RESERVE" a truck only to be told that this happens sometimes. NOT ACCEPTABLE. We had to take a 15' truck that was not enough to finish our move. I will never use UHAUL again. Very bad service.

Lynn RoseThe owner was rude and inconsiderate of my time. I arrived right on time at 9:00 am and the location was closed. When we came back 20 minutes later, he was still in the process of opening. and when I asked about the time, he said they opened later on Sundays. I told him he should update his sign in the window with the hours of operation and he told me he wouldn't. He then proceeded to tell me that he can't accept Visa Debit, and I needed to withdraw the money. After I withdrew $100, he then told me that because I was paying with cash, there was a $60 deposit, which I then had to withdraw another $100. He almost walked off with my change because he didn't bother to count the money I had given him. Rude, inconsiderate, would not recommend or return to this location.

Caleb HutchinsonDidn't agree with charges, was told someone would contact me within 48 hours and never did then received a bill with a late fee attached even though I was waiting for said call. Dolly I ordered wasn't available, even though I made the order two weeks in advance.
RANDYE WALTERSWe had to clean the back of the truck (trash, 4'x8' skid), because the guy at the store was (too busy). The cab of the truck was filthy and had garbage in it. The gas was at 3/8 tank, but the contract said 1/2 tank, and we were made to pay almost $40 extra because of it. The file cap was just hanging there, and wasn't fastened on the spout. This location shouldn't be allowed to be a uhaul dealer, as they don't do anything to earn the money for it, and only makes uhaul look bad and unprofessional. Terrible service
CONNIEMARIEI BECKETTCashier looked asleep and told me to put my keys in the box outside but it says to do that after hours on the box. Instructions at the pickup location were not the same. Convenient location though so I can't complain.
MAJA MORAWSKAWe had the truck booked for 12pm as it was our moving day. We arrived truck wasnt there. We had to wait 2 hours until the previous renter showed up with truck. Store owner would not disinfect it so i had to myself nor would he come out to inspect truck with us so we did it ourselves and sent pics of all damages we seen before leaving. Also had a diacrepency with Steve the site haul manager who was EXTREMELY rude and ignorant. Not caring we were now 2 hours behind. Honestly the worst experience ive ever had with uhaul and would expect some type of acknowledgement or compensation. We also returned the truck 3 hours early. Very dissatisfied customer. ISMAIL HASSANThe owner of the convenience store was terrible he was reading out my credit card information out loud with another customer in the shop. Also took 20 to sort everything out. He didn't have his mask on. The check engine light is on also truck stalled a few times on the road. Very unprofessional and poor service. Never using u-haul again.

HARBHAJANS GILLThe clerk really wasn't overly helpful. There was a fair bit of back and forth in an effort to understand what was required of me. Ultimately it worked out, but the location is really a convenience store, not a uhaul location.

Richard SmithThere was some issue in the system while dropping off the vehicle so I was charged extra which was refunded. Had to spend time calling the customer cafe and it would have gone unnoticed if I did not look at my receipt or credit card charge.
