The owner of the convenience store was terrible he was reading out my credit card information out loud with another customer in the shop. Also took 20 to sort everything out. He didn't have his mask on. The check engine light is on also truck stalled a few times on the road. Very unprofessional and poor service. Never using u-haul again.
Asked for a 100 deposit had never done that and now still dont have my refund. Been 3 months since rental

The clerk really wasn't overly helpful. There was a fair bit of back and forth in an effort to understand what was required of me. Ultimately it worked out, but the location is really a convenience store, not a uhaul location.
Good service
The U-Haul representative who the store associate contacted over the phone was beyond obnoxious, rude, and hostile. She should be fired.
There was some issue in the system while dropping off the vehicle so I was charged extra which was refunded. Had to spend time calling the customer cafe and it would have gone unnoticed if I did not look at my receipt or credit card charge.
