My drop off location was where I had problems. The man that work their was very rude ! And, he said I went over my mileages but I put the exact address that I was going to .

The staff had called me to remind me to turn my truck in, I told them I was on the way right then to do so. By the time I got there the store was closed, I had no knowledge they were closing and the staff never informed me. I attempted to do the after hours return online but it wouldn't let me log in or send the password reset to my email. I was also overcharged BY FAR for a one way truck. Over $400 for 2 days. I used uhaul in November and made the exact same move but opposite ways, and it cost me MORE THAN DOUBLE this time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone was really nice and helpful, but please wear face masks. I have a heart condition, but I have to move, so it feels like you don't care about your customers with health concerns when you don't have masks right now.

The main employee was out and had a replacement working. She did the best she could but there were computer issues and we had to lift the trailer ourselves which proved difficult as I already have back issues.

Customer service by the employees was great couldn't have had a better experience with the interaction. The problem is with the U-HAUL app with me. I paid for my trailer in full when I rented it and the app said I owed more then the original agreed price

Hi, I had a very bad experience with this uhaul . I booked the truck and dolly online at the location close to my apartment and my original pickup time was 8:30 am. However, u guys changed the pickup location to another one which was 50 miles away from my apt. And It took me 2 more hours to get the truck and the dolly and another one hour for driving between uhaul location and my move out apartment. I was moving to the apartment in Tennessee and I was supposed to be there to get the key from leasing office before 5:00 PM on Saturday. Because of the uhaul changes, I was unable to get there in time, I got there at 6:00 pm. I missed getting the apt key and the leasing office was already closed . I stayed at hotel with Uhaul truck for the entire weekend and doing nothing. And now you even charge me for the extra day rates!!!! I had a very bad experience this time. Here , uhaul u should pay my hotel fee $109 for 2 nights in Tennessee and $500 for unhappy experience!!!

The truck lacked maintenance and upkeep. It was unsafe for cross country move. The suspension had unsafe vibration at 65 mph. The seal on the doors or window were unserviceable and it leaked air and whistled. The drives side headlight fell completely off the vehicle Would not recommend this truck to anybody
