I would suggest U-Haul not use this location. The van seats were dirty. There was no one in the establishment to help. It took them three days to check in my vehicle. This location does not meet U-Haul standards.
Mellissa HI was charged for a dolly that I didn't ask for. I would like to be refunded $7!!!

John FI would have to say they have the best customer service from any U-Haul I have ever been to. I would recommend this branch over any location in the entire state of GA. If you need any U-Haul needs this is a one stop shop. Thank You guys for everything. A++

Lani AI was overcharged for the rental. I had a one day rental that was local and was charged three days for the rental of the trailer. During the return of the trailer, the person that assisted me on removing the trailer from my truck have been drinking alcohol. And working.

CHARLENE JMake sure with 100 % certainty your customers are aware of the return policies when providing key box pick ups. Stop hoarding equipment with in town rentals and expect one way rentals. Bush league tactics ensures I'll NEVER do business with this outfit again and will persuade any of my contacts to steer clear. Congrats you've lost a customer who has lived in this town his whole life and has a huge network.

kesi rThe truck was infested with bugs(roach). They were so bad, I returned the truck early for fear they would get into my furniture. I will not recommend this place ever!

GEORGE CMy only complaint was that I didn't like how I was given two different drop off locations. The location on my paperwork didn't match the location where my drop off location actually was we were charged $20 for being late. If it wasn't for the representative calling my wife I would not have known I dropped off the uhaul at the right spot.

NORMAN ANorman was an absolute saint. I had car trouble while driving through town, and rented a trailer to take it back home. He not only made sure I had the correct electrical adapter to fit my truck to trailer, he brought it to me at the shop, and helped me load and secure my car!. Absolutely wonderful people. He even checked the next day to make sure we had made it home safely.
Hannah AMY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9A.M., I GET THERE AND NO ONE WAS THERE, I CALL UHAUL 800 NUMBER AND WAS REROUTED TO ANOTHER LOCATION AND NO ONE WAS THERE EITHER, SO I CALLED BACK AT THE FIRST LOCATION AND GOT AN ANSWER, WENT BACK AND WAS ABLE TO PICK UP THE TRUCK, MY PROBLEM IS I HAD A TIME FRAME TO COMPLETE A TASK AND IT WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE TIME. THE LADY IN THE STORE WAS VERY APPOLOGETIC AND THAT WAS REALLY NICE OF HER.
