"Excellent service" at --- U Haul Neighbour Dealer 131 Forest Drive St Albert. Cold day warmed up the truck before I came! Fast processing , friendly, nice guy :-)

Josh HollidayTruck had a dent on the front bumper and the back was full of dirt we had to sweep out. Our original pickup location at 95 Corriveau Ave did not have the keys in the lock box, and it took almost an hour for Uhaul to provide the lock box number & combination to us. We were then rescheduled to pick up from the location at 131 forest drive but it was a smaller truck than what we originally requested. Overall a terrible experience.
Chad BurzminskiI was set up to "pay and go" at 10 am and the store was closed. I called and the uhaul service person said that the hours changed to 11am. I was told i would get a $50 guarantee refund which i never received. Set my move back an hour and a half which i had to pay 2 people an extra hour. In addition, the milage was posted on uhaul for 99 per km but i was charged 1,59 on the bill which was automatically paid off my credit card.

Courtney AlcockTruck was absolutely disgusting. Food and congealed liquid all over cab. Box was full of loose screws and nails and food stuck to the floor.. literally a moving health hazard. Also less than 1/4 tank on pickup. Clearly no effort at all has gone into this vehicle
Ashley HaywardStaff was very belligerent and unwilling to provide any record of having returned the vehicle, so a long process the following day to customer service, who were very helpful and resolved all issues, but had to call this location to confirm that the vehicle had , in fact, been returned the day prior.

Daniel CurtoTruck was dirty. Window was full of bugs. My rental truck was not there as they gave it away the day before. Had to settle for a smaller truck
Lorne GuthrieDrop off was 8 and the store didn't open until 10. We were told to have it back at 8 or we wound be charged another days rate. And after finally returning it the refund couldn't be giving back that day that we need to wait for a cheque ( who uses cheques ).

Mikka McmonagleThe truck was mostly clean but the coffee cup holder in the dash was not cleaned from spilled coffee. Otherwise, the truck was clean and ready for use.
Al BrettnellClean the vehicle inside the cab and in the storage compartment. Very dirty inside the cab and had to clean/swipe out back twice before would like a credit for the dirtiest of the vehicle.
John BozoceaIt's quite costly on the per mile charge. I could have done it cheaper if you guys would have had the trailer I wanted at the time I wanted. I can't refer anyone to use you for just local use for $29 a day plus per mile charge is not acceptable in my opinion.
mark drouinI arrived at the proper pick up time and then had to wait 1 hour before the truck arrived. Then as I was checking out, they didn't have an appliance dolly or blankets. I had to go to Home Depot to rent the dolly and use my own blankets. Not happy.
Gerald FRIESENOrdered 2 x furniture dollies....but they were un available. Location was closed at pick up time due to attending a wedding....could not retrieve the key from the lock box.
