We wanted to purchase three large boxes and one roll of tape. At first he said he couldn't add it to the or der but would take 10 dollars. When my husband only had a 20 bill, he said he didn't have change, but the boxes were $5.00 each and the three tape so it really was $20. We felt ripped off, no record was created, we didn't get a receipt, so really no way to "prove" it, but left a really bad experience. However the trailer worked great.

Business was not clearly marked, they were not prepared for our drop off. In fact, We had arrived at 3:55 and if we had arrived at 4:05, she would have been gone. We saw no drop box which we were told if we arrived after 5:00 we could have used. We made it very clear we were returning our rental on Friday, yet the drop off had no knowledge of this. Why isn't there better communication between businesses? Although the lady didn't know we were dropping off, today (3 days later) we received confirmation that our rental was received and closed so it all worked out for us. All employees were friendly.

Something in UHaul system messed up resulting in me being there for 45 mins while we tried to straighten it out. Was trying to charge me for a 6x12 price when I rented a 4x8...he didn't even have a 6x12 even if I wanted one. Then I got a call when I got home that I was being double charged for someone else's rental and would get a credit so now I have to watch my credit card statement to make sure it all goes through. Not very happy with this rental experience.

The owner was smoking, dog was running around getting me dirty, I had taken the time to do express check in to save me time at the rental place only to stand in smoke as a cancer patient and get my pants dirty by a old dog while “express check in” took more than 45 minutes because they could not get the u haul web sight up. We brought the trailer back to the same location. NO ONE was their to check it back in or help me get it unhooked from my truck. I rent u haul quite a bit. I was very disappointed by this experience. My clothing were dirty from the dog all day and I was sick from the cigarette smoke on my clothing. This is not what I shelled out over $60.00 for.

Was told I can drop trailer off at any uhaul location. Was charged $98 because I dropped off at a different location.

Actually I would Like a refund, the trailer did not have a light connector and I divided it was not safe to drive it, so I returned it. Please confirm you will refund me the money. Thank you Brian Hammer
