The man at this location did a fantastic job from start to finish. The service was great, the man was very friendly and helpful.

SHANNON BThey are not open on the weekends as the website says. We had to call uhaul costumer service to change the reservation to rideshare to pick up the truck. Due to bad internet signals it took over an hour to process the pick up. The most frustrating process ever.

Melissa Dgoogle maps doesn't have a good address. it tried to turn me into a yard (off meridian, turn right on Ave J, and there was no road to the right).
James AHard to find. Access to U Haul network was so bad we could not complete transaction while I was there. The people were very friendly and helpful though.
William HWhen dropping off the person didn't go check the equipment. The person had no idea what we would owe extra since we used the equipment extra. Only said leave it here then it's between you and Uhaul not me.

DEBRA TEngland Fuel & Farm Supply in Waurika OK was very nice and helpful. Would definitely use them again. They had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out in just a few minutes.
JOE BFirst off, the locations address and directions were NOT correct!!! I want on the Uhaul website the night before drop off and printed out directions to the drop off location... I arrived in Waurika at 7:50am... the directions giving on your website got me lost. It showed the drop off to be IN town, when the actual location was across Oklahoma hwy 70!! NOT in town! So when I was lost I called the place... they gave me directions to the place. I pull in at 8:20 and walk into two different buildings before finding the correct one. I walk in and ask the 4 employees who were standing around and eating breakfast if this is where I drop off Uhaul? They said yes. I said that I had exceeded my miles and needed to pay... apparently they were too busy stuffing there faces to even do this. They said "we'll just Bill the card you paid with". They didn't even come outside to check the truck for damage or check the gas or miles! And apparently they didn't check my truck in until 8:37am, so they went ahead and charged me for an additional day! I have used Uhaul and a number of occasions, but this will probably be my last.worst service ever!!!

STEVEN RWe were moving from Texas to Oklahoma and renting the U-haul was the easiest part of the whole move. Merci encore.
JAMI WThe truck was on FUMES when I picked it up. The gas light was on and I prayed I would make it to the station. There were NO other trucks and I desperately needed one that day. The check engine light was on also. There were cobwebs....yes cobwebs on the dash. And the cab had a layer of potato chips and cigarette butts on the floor. So what can you do to improve?? The basics....clean, maintain, and fill up!
