They had the proper equipment and provided the good service. I used the trailer for a week and had no problems. If I need rental equipment again I will use them.

My only concern is the charges were not very transparant did not tell us how many miles we used what exactly we were charged for i thought bringing it back a day early full and clean it would have taken more than 40 dollars off when insurance was 30 that would make the truck 10 a day??

The facility did not have the reserved appliance dolly. I reserved days in advance and was not notified until I checked the truck at pickup and there was no dolly. I had to spend time the day of my move tracking down an appliance dolly from another location.

This location performed admirably after my first location Mohawk Food Mart didn't have the equipment I needed and had reserved. I have rented equipment with this location Enloe & Associates a few times, they are the best. They have been very efficient, thorough, and communicative. I would recommend them without hesitation.

No one was there when we returned the truck, but they had a note up as to what to do. I called the next day to confirm everything was handled and they were very helpful and very kind. My suggestion to U-Haul is to PLEASE not expect everyone to do everything online. Many people still want to work with humans and not just computers. Merci.

There is a giant pothole in the space that I needed to park the trailer. Made me super nervous. Otherwise the lot it was well maintained and the staff was friendly over the phone

It took an hour to get the lock code to take the truck and numerous phone calls. It took 4 try's to return the truck through the internet. 4 different pictures of the milage and fuel tank. I nor will my family ever rent from you again. Such a hassle! And I didn't get my blankets or Dolly. I'm not happy at all with the process.
