I was there at 9:25 to pickup at 9:30 nobody there, store was close. They opened store at 9:35, for sure I have to wait because system was very slow. I got car at 9:50am.
Farzad A.Lady was kind of rude and blunt. Truck was fully iced up from the night before. It was also low in fuel so if I had to travel far, I would have had to fill up right away. Luckily I didn't have to travel far. Then it took 24hrs, a phone call and 2 email requests to get a final invoice. Also, the app was causing issues. I had to wait there for almost 30min trying to register. Overall, not a pleasant experience

GERARD B.They messed up the driver's name and info. The truck was not ready on time, they were also missing the appliance dolly that I had booked. They said they could 'give' us the smaller dolly to use (which we couldn't use because we were literally picking up a fridge and it didn't fit on it) but then they still charged for it. When I spoke to them about the Reservation Guarantee they said I have to speak to UHaul about that as they have no idea what I'm talking about. When I reached out to the contact that UHaul sent to me, they never responded and I even followed up just to be further ignored. Point is unless you are moving VERY close by (under 20km) I HIGHLY recommend find a mover or truck on Kijiji or FB Marketplace. UHaul will not give you the equipment necessary and they will still charge an arm and a leg, then ignore you if you have further concerns.
Ilona F.So many things went wrong: 1. Pick up from brampton..i dont live in brampton i live in toronto. 2. The drop off was waayy out of the way..closer drop off locations. 3. The plug in for my gps failed quarter trip of my trip 4. Reserved a 15' and they gave me a 10' 5. The pickup time was 9:00am and the staff member was late 1/2! 6. When dropping off my truck the person said i was to drop off on a monday and it was a friday when i picked up and same day that i dropped it off. Why so many days when i only needed it for one day as i told head office. The lady that served us waa very short with us no compassion even though we waited foe her for a half hour. 7. Even though we took out additional ins coverage she still told us the truck is covered for only max amount of $800!! This is just some of the things that went wrong.. i want a call from head office asap. I want compensation for the terrible experience!! Just a disaster!!

Silvia N.Got the "guaranteed" reservation for a van. The van was there but unavailable for me as it was "pre-rented" for the period I required. I was offered a more expensive truck which was excessive for my task. The service was overall friendly and helpful, but the van was there when I picked up the truck and was there in 3 hours when I returned the truck. So, my question is does the "guaranteed reservation" make sense at all, if the person on the spot can decide, what they want to rent out to a customer?

Mike W.They charged me extra for gas when the amount returned was greater than what i originally took it too, Person had no clue what they were doing. TAKE a before and after pic of the gas gauge. I did a before but not an after. Was 13$ that I should not have had to pay. Choose someone else.

Gennady V.That was the worst experience I have ever had. Truck was not clean, the lady that process my payment, she was speaking with phone all the time and didn't check the gas level well. She put the wrong milage also wrong gas level on system, that's why the system charged me more 50$. I will speak with my lawyer about that, I have photos of gas level also milage, I paid 320$ for rent a car only for 15 hours. We will see what we can do about it. And I never recommend this company to any of my friends.
Burak M.There was what appeared to be drywall debris and dust in the back of the van when I picked it up. Other than that everything was fine. The location was fine but your website is broken. The process for picking up the van always breaks at the stage when I need to enter my phone number. Please fix this.
Colin L.i didn't like the truck share 24x7 application or the experience would rather go to store and speak with people I had to wait one hour and take an Uber ride to another location because the truck share application didn't work.
Manjeet T.The staff didn't know how to check me in and caused a 30 minute delay in my rental. They ended up being no help and I had to check in online in the end. Would never pick up here again.
