Every time i rent car i bring back car 2cad they charged per gas real gas... I rent uhaul. 45km bring it back max max max 11 liter gas.. they charged me 124,99 cad.... Sorry for them...no honesty.. bad behavior by drop of location

Showed up 45 minutes late for pick up. Equipment ordered was not there, had to go to another location to pick up. How and why is a location scheduled when I have ordered specific items that are not available there. Terrible service. Should not be a neighbourhood rental location.

It was a Sunday pick up and with being church facilities at the same location it was very narrow for driving in/out due to packed parking lot. Staff member was friendly and helpful with the sign in process.

I have to pick cargo van Sunday at 10 am ,she came late 20 minutes,two more people were waiting. Van has strong smell of smoke,I was travelling with my wife, she has to open window in cold weather because of smoke smell.

Owner/operator should assist their customers when checking out and returning the truck. Owner/operature is rude and don't have sense of customer service. As renters are not used to the process of renting truck, don't expect the renter to do all the work for you. When I did the return, I had the most trouble using the app (combined with the rudeness of the owner). The app keeps on resetting for me when I uploaded pictures of the truck. It saves picture in portrait mode but when I take picture in landscape, the app resets and removes the previous photos you uploaded and you have to repeat on taking pictures again. The app didn't warn me that I can't take picture in landscape otherwise, it would have been an easy return. App don't even have option to upload picture from your gallery (of course you also want to take picture of the truck for your own record). It took me at least 10 tries until I figured that the app won't upload pictures in landscape. Owner/operator should be aware of this as well instead of yelling of your customers. Don't blame your customers if they are not doing the right thing as you don't assist them in the first place! I had rented Uhaul truck before and have been assisted by the operators. You wanted to be automated but somehow, if the app isnot working, operators should be there to assist the customer and not yell them. I AM NOT GOING TO RENT FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

I went to pick up the truck at 8 am as reserved. The dolly was not in the car as requested. The location was not open. I called u-haul customer service. They directed me to another location to pick up the dolly because Enny Afro location has not opened yet. They insisted that I return the dolly and the truck each to their location. They didn't agree to waiver the fees associated to returning the truck or dolly to a different location, even though this inconvenience is because of the location. The issue wasted 90 valuable minutes of my time in a moving day where every minute counts.

The drop off location guy received the vehicle and said all is good and we can leave. In the system he charged us extra 25/- for less gas and more mileage. He should have told us before we leave. This is cheating.

Firstly be on time. Three customers were left waiting for the doors to open. The earliest rental customer was for 9:30 with the doors opening at 10:40. They were late for all their customers. Apparently the 9:30 customer said this happens every time. On the return the person had no personality and interaction was nil.

The location was not open at the advertised time (9,3 am) and the owners of the shop were unavailable on the phone. They finally showed up at 11,45 am, after i had been on the phone for two hours with Uhaul CSR staff. when i went in the door to try picking up my truck the lady was on a personal call and would not service me. After 15 minutes i gave up and wrote off my days tasks poor experience due to ill trained and lazy service staff

Thanks to this lovely lady I was able to use someone else's rental for 2hrs with a promise to return on time. U-haul had no vehicle available to me for pickup after booking a vehicle for that specific time with a confirmation.

When I went for the pick up, the lady in the store was always on a phone call and was rude and not at all friendly. She appeared to be angry and that was not comfortable at all. The same lady was good when returning the vehicle, hence the 3-star rating.

It wasn't clean, there had a laptop in which they had to type in my information which wasn't even working and made me wait like 30 minutes. They were two sisters and the lady gave me the keys and left her sister didn't even knew that the keyboard wasn't working and then they were calling back and forth to do the thing. They told me to type the emergency information in their WhatsApp and d then the other lady on the call did the stuff and sign my sign her self

I was there at 9:25 to pickup at 9:30 nobody there, store was close. They opened store at 9:35, for sure I have to wait because system was very slow. I got car at 9:50am.

Lady was kind of rude and blunt. Truck was fully iced up from the night before. It was also low in fuel so if I had to travel far, I would have had to fill up right away. Luckily I didn't have to travel far. Then it took 24hrs, a phone call and 2 email requests to get a final invoice. Also, the app was causing issues. I had to wait there for almost 30min trying to register. Overall, not a pleasant experience

They messed up the driver's name and info. The truck was not ready on time, they were also missing the appliance dolly that I had booked. They said they could 'give' us the smaller dolly to use (which we couldn't use because we were literally picking up a fridge and it didn't fit on it) but then they still charged for it. When I spoke to them about the Reservation Guarantee they said I have to speak to UHaul about that as they have no idea what I'm talking about. When I reached out to the contact that UHaul sent to me, they never responded and I even followed up just to be further ignored. Point is unless you are moving VERY close by (under 20km) I HIGHLY recommend find a mover or truck on Kijiji or FB Marketplace. UHaul will not give you the equipment necessary and they will still charge an arm and a leg, then ignore you if you have further concerns.

So many things went wrong: 1. Pick up from brampton..i dont live in brampton i live in toronto. 2. The drop off was waayy out of the way..closer drop off locations. 3. The plug in for my gps failed quarter trip of my trip 4. Reserved a 15' and they gave me a 10' 5. The pickup time was 9:00am and the staff member was late 1/2! 6. When dropping off my truck the person said i was to drop off on a monday and it was a friday when i picked up and same day that i dropped it off. Why so many days when i only needed it for one day as i told head office. The lady that served us waa very short with us no compassion even though we waited foe her for a half hour. 7. Even though we took out additional ins coverage she still told us the truck is covered for only max amount of $800!! This is just some of the things that went wrong.. i want a call from head office asap. I want compensation for the terrible experience!! Just a disaster!!
