Mimi RamseyThe van that I rented the tires were very low I kept on having to go back and get them filled up , different locations a total of three times then got charged over from mileage I returned the vehicle early , not even a full 24 hours, I have to run in the vehicle you can't even call them directly if you have to go through a customer service line, these people didn't explain anything to me when I rented it the van ! 220 I got charged $ horrible place ! The van was dirty , smelled !

Troy beattyNot a location problem, but an equipment design issue. The new hitches are very noisy. The hitch is loose on the ball allowing for quite a bit of movement of the hitch on the ball. Even with weight on the trailer (properly loaded for weight distribution) the noise is extremely noticeable and somewhat unnerving traveling down the highway.
Lynne RatteIt is disconcerting that you make such a big show of the rental being 20 bucks when it then rings up to over $50. Instead of creating loyalty that's likely to make a customer feel lied to and taken advantage of.
Jeffrey SchmidtThe store was closed when I got there during posted open hours. An employee eventually arrived, he was obviously late for work. He then insulted me because he felt I was not proficient enough at backing the trailer across the parking lot into a small parking spot. Is this really my job? I managed to drive it from Minnesota to Arizona without incident, maybe the problem isn't me. Some instruction for backing a trailer around a curve would be welcome if it came without the mansplaining attitude. I never went inside the store-since the late employee hadn't opened it yet- so I can't rate the interior.

Dennis MartinGet more trailers. I know there is a shortage of uhauls however making someone drive hour and a half to pick it up the day before they are moving is a bit unreasonable. Would say the people at the location of pickup were very professional
Brandon DaudtTest the vehicles before handing them off to customers. My tire kept on going flat and I had to stop at multiple gas stations to fill it up. I need the van just to pick up one couch and bring it back to my house. This became an all day event because of the tire.

Kimberly PetersonThe only thing I would look into is the check out night drop off application process. It took me about 40 minutes to complete because it would not up load the photos. The the location is excellent and provide great customer service. This is my second time going there and I would do it again.

ALYSSA FULLERJust run some specials or offer a rewards program, people move year round , and I also noticed on the Uhaul website acknowledgement that people also rent cargo vans for package delivery jobs. Cash back incentives are so trending.

Harry WalkerThe door to the trailer did not operate very smoothly. I meant to lubricate the track before loading it but forgot. When it came time to unload it today, we had to work on it a long time to free it up and unload the trailer. I did then libricate it, which was too late for me but hopefully will help the next pereson who rents it. I did tell the drop-off location person about it so they could take a look if so inclined.
