The truck worked out great. Unfortunately the check in online didn't go well. 1st told to oicknup celina store n lock, wasn't there but the lady was able to get us a truck in st marys ohio🙂. Then came check inðŸ˜"waited 35 min said alternate contact didn't answer but she did. Had to call and get taken care of but July the customer service rep was very helpful. Then when we turned in truck and filled out the info we didn't even use any gas but was charged 21 $and we shouldn't have had to pay that. I showed that in one of the many pictures it asked to take. Please make this right. But over all I would use again. Merci.

After Pump n Pack was incredibly unhelpful and didn't even have my order although it was confirmed at their address, Es body shop was quick and had great customer service. Definitely the better pick of the two locations.

Your app is complete shit I couldn't take pictures of my odometer to complete the transaction. I had to talk to 3 different people one of which implied I was stupid and didn't know how to take a picture of the odometer. There is no drop box for the key so I have to return tomorrow during business hours to return the damn key. This is complete bullshit and will no longer be using U-Haul ever again. I should ask for a fucking refund for all my damn troubles I've had with everything. Piss poor fucking company you all have.

We rented a trailer. They helped us get it hooked up and made sure all lights were working properly. When we returned it, they were immediately outside with us, ready to unhook the trailer before we go out of our vehicle. Great service!
