I do not see how you could improve on this location. Building and grounds were excellent. Waiting area (though I didn't spend long in it) was the nicest of any U-Haul I have ever been in. Staff was friendly, quick and laughed at my lame jokes. There is no possible way to improve their location that I know of. This site is a very good optic for the U-Haul organization. I would definitely recommend to others and I will be back to rent again for sure.

I turned my truck in on a weekend when the Willits location was closed. I promptly received an invoice confirming my charges via email. I stopped by the office on Monday to verify that a dolly had been left in the truck and that all paperwork was complete etc. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Joe who is very knowledgeable, and personable. Highly recommend the Bechtel location for Uhaul needs.

Nothing. I really liked the manager, his service and the vehicle. It handled so well I wanted to keep it. The site is also clean and nicely decorated. Best U Haul experience EVER.

Find different rental agents in Colorado. They need to have more mechanical ability to look at the equipment and realize that it is in need of maintenance.
