I have to say that my experience with my last rental was the best I've ever had with a company such as this. Arslan was quick to assist with my rental at the esso his communication skills were amazing and was very empathetic and sympathetic to my Stressful and chaotic move. Uhaul is very Lucky to have him on the team I certainly do hope my next experience is just as pleasant in fact I hope I get to deal with him again. I also had conversations with friends and family regarding the highest level of customer service That I have ever received. I am also in the customer service industry and can appreciate this position. Thank you Arslan and thank you uhaul

I was accused of leaving the truck dirty despite of the fact I left nothing inside of it. He concluded with an assumption: someone might have left the junk over night in the truck.

The pick up location was the only good part of our whole u-haul experience. From confirmation the day before to drop off everything went wrong. Will definitely think twice before using or recommending u-haul. The one bright spot was the staff at the pick up location.

The box that the key was in was locked and the key could not be retrieved. The owner of the store had to come and open it. The locks are ridiculous and should be updated. I was delayed by over 1hr. While I was waiting for the owner to show up I was trying to 'chat ' with the uhaul representative. I tried for over 20 minutes to get a reply. I have to say the WORST customer service experience ever. Worst. Im absolutely disgusted actually. Im going to tell everyone I know.
