Don't screw over people when they reserve a vehicle for a certain price then make them pay double when they return it due to your charging them for kilometres then say the vehicle is only miles and make them pay double for mileage it's Canada not the states you advertise kilometres use kilometres for mileage very disappointed never using your company again and letting all my friends and coworkers know as well

3 days after I have dropped my rental and still waiting for supervisor to call me back to complete my rental. Waiting for customer service to call back from U-Haul also. Had very little customer service. Still waiting.
