I will never use haul again. I waited over an hour for the truck to arrive. Once it arrived the gentlemen did not know what he was doing. He called the area manager, Nathan, and this man was AWFUL, RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. He actually told me to shut up or he would not rent me the truck. In fact he told me several times to shut up. I was angry I was paying movers by the hour and after waiting 2 hours it was costing me so much money for movers to sit around because the truck was not ready. Nathan is NOT anyone I would want to work for me. One of the RUDEST people I have ever met in customer service.

The pick up location was a smoke shop and they kept helping their customers while we stood and waited. I would think we are next and another customer would walk in and we would have to wait gain. The girl at the register didn't know how to use the Uhaul website so that took longer. What could have taken 10 minutes took over an hour.
