I like the self service style at this location but I thought I’d be about to add a dolly so maybe that would have been nice to know ahead of time. The lot was a grass field which seems kind of sketchy but again I liked being able to pick up and drop off on my schedule !!

This was arguably the worst customer service experience of my life. The truck was not clean and parked behind a locked, empty store with no one around. This truck was in a field surrounded by broken down cars in a shady neighborhood. The equipment (moving blankets and utility dolly) that I ordered were not on the truck; they were in some guy's personal vehicle. I finally had to call him an hour after we were supposed to pick up the truck and find out where these items were. To make a long story short, this man never arrived. We had to use the online app to acquire the truck; then we had to drive to a different uhaul dealer to pick up these items. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company or the WHC company on red bank road in Cincinnati. They both displayed terrible customer service. If this were my company, I would fire all of the employees associated with this transaction. As a professional, I have more respect for myself and for my clients than anyone associated with this deplorable experience has demonstrated. If Uhaul has any interest in becoming a respectable company, they will sever any business relationship with Eurie Realty.

I was instructed to drop the trailer in an unsecured lot with no U-Haul signs visible. Although I spoke to the manager on the phone, there was nobody there to check in the trailer (3PM on a Friday). All worked out well, but I was uneasy about leaving the trailer in an unsecured location.

Dropped keys in unlocked box. Next day got an email stating truck was not returned. Still haven’t got notice that truck was returned. Sketchy location. Sketchy record keeping. Sketchy professionalism. Boooo

This is a the most pathetic excuse for an authorized uHaul location I’ve ever seen. The building is delapitated and boarded up, and there is no indication where to leave the vehicle. I ended up leaving it in an abandoned lot next to a broken down car, and there was not a soul present to retrieve the truck. I left the key in the drop box (accesses by walking through an overgrown lot full of broken glass, trash, and feces) and 4 days later, the truck is still there and has not been marked as returned to uHaul. I will NEVER engage with this location again and uHaul should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location. If the partner can’t handle the business of accepting a returned vehicle in a clean, safe, upkept locatjon, they should be banned.

As noted above, location was not inviting. The drop-off location was the weedy, overgrown backyard of a storefront realty office. The site appeared to be a run-down former residence. In fact, a lawn mower in the backyard was actually overgrown with vines. Could tell U-Haul was involved only because one other U-Haul truck was parked there. No one was there, but a phone call to the number got a person who directed us to leave the key and paperwork in the drop-off box on the back of the building.

To whom it may concern: I recently rented one of your vehicles and had nothing but complications. I made a reservation and was charged for a 10 foot truck and 12 pads. The day before pick up I was notified there was not a 10’ in inventory so I would be given a 15’ at the same rate. I was a little concerned about driving the larger vehicle as well the additional gas that would be required but ok. Then the day of rental I received a call that the pads were also not in inventory-even though I reserved them and had already paid for them. I then had to call other dealers to locate the pads, go to this location to pick them up and still go to another locale to puck up the U-Haul. I got it all done and finally was able to start loading the truck. When I made it to my destination, which was out of state, and went to return the U-Haul and it was not found in the system. Apparently the reservation had been canceled. They say “half the fun is getting there”, well this was not my experience. I have safely arrived in my new city but there was no fun getting here. It was full of confusion, delays, expenses and anguish. Best, AJ Heitmann
