CARY LEEPlease be sure tires are properly inflated before the customer arrives. TPMS indicator light was on for the entire usage. Passenger rear tire was significant under inflated and I did not have a way to inflate it.
Gregory Hookstra"Pick up my truck" option was not available on my account when I went to pick up my reserved truck. It took entirely too long to speak with someone and too long to get my account straight. The pick up process should have taken 5 minutes but instead it took 45 minutes.

Jackie MoorePlease inspect the trailer lights, this trailer didn't have working tail lights. The stop/turn lights worked, but in the dark the back of the trailer had no illumination. The lighting circuit on my tow vehicle checked out good, so it was a problem in the trailer.

CHARLES GRIFFINIt was the closest location for drop off for me. I dropped the truck off after hours, and so did not enter any facility or meet any personnel. The process was however seamless.
SHALINI SELVARAJAHCustomer service staff was great and worked diligently with me to pickup the truck that morning, because the uhaul system was shut down across the U.S. However, equipment was not in great condition. There was a crack in the windshield, broken down box inside the cabin, driver side window knob comes off when rolling window up or down and loading area not clean. Service tire light came on and truck had delay in cranking. Overall, the truck is old and needs to be replaced. Thank God my move was less than 5-6 miles.

I was extremely uncomfortable with that. I have rented luxury cars and they never ask for information on my family and friends.

Antwan TharringtonI ordered two sets of 12 pads, got 2 bags of pads sealed in plastic wrap. I didn't realise they were just 6 to a bag. So only got 12 instead of 24 pads. Was Ok as I only used about 8 pads. Website should say how many bags of 6 do you want.

Lynshon WilkersonThe people here are amazing. So very friendly and so very helpful. I would go here every single time that I need moving stuff. I love them! The only complaint I have - and this is NOT their fault - is that I ordered a hand truck with our van and there was not one there. They did let us use a square rolling thing, but it did not work as well. They were so nice, and tried their hardest to make sure we had what we needed. I cannot say enough how great they were. But, if I reserve a dolly, shouldn't someone make sure that there is one there??
David SellersI downloaded the app to make the transaction easier. The app is useless when you can't check in through the app which took another 30-45 minutes because the app didn't work. It kept displaying this page is no longer available. Then I had to call customer service and the prompt said I had a 30-45 minute wait. Bless the heart of the young lady who helped me. She was so kind, patient, and understanding. She walked me through the entire process with such professionalism. She was my highlight through the whole ordeal. She was such a sweetheart!! The dolly was not in the storage area and I was still charged for it after letting U-Haul know. How do I get it refunded?

Audrey HamlettI rented a 4 x8 trailer that was an embarrassment to tow behind my vehicle. It had patches in the metal body, had multiple tears in the sheet metal fenders, had virtually no suspension and damaged my well packed materials even though I traveled relatively smooth highway surfaces. I would likely find another company to rent this type of equipment from in the future. If U-Haul really cared about its image and its service, it would not have this type of old equipment still on the road. Its either sheer greed or they just don't care.
