It was what looked like an abandoned gas station the drop off was self serve.

Did not like the drop off procedure. No one at location for help or informative. Ten minutes on phone waiting to speak to customer service. Not the fault of the location, U-haul procedure for return was complicated.

Last minute location change due to truck availabilityadded 24 miles to my total mileage, fortunately a service rep was able to reduce the rate. however the dealer seemed to be ignorant on how to make the changes. Dealer did not have all of the items I had requested on the original order. Very under staffed and long check-in process. Return was very impersonal, when I tries to return the keys to the clerk I was abruptly informed that all I need to do was drop the keys in the bow, She did not mention that there was additional charge unless I went through the long and complicated online check-in process. Overall a nightmare of poor customer service and concern for the convenience of the customer.

The interior could have been cleaner dog hair noticeable and all windows clearly not cleaned . With this COVID still a threat . It's the upmost importance to keep the interior sanitized . Thank for all that you do to have made my move smoothly.

This location has nothing to do with the fiasco created by Uhaul when the reserved truck for me was given to someone else while I was sitting in front of it trying to complete my mobile check in. This should not happen as I had made the reservation 3 weeks in advance and then had to drive another 20 miles to find another truck.
