Roach/bug spray the inside of the cargo trailers. Got a couple of creepy crawly surprises upon pre-load inspection. Other than that service was excellent, guys working at location were very helpful!

My only problem with the service was the technician didn't attach the hitch correctly to the bumper. He didn't have a hitch on top of the ball correctly and I didn't even realize it.

I rented by calling ahead. I checked in on line that morning and it still took 30 minutes to get my rental putting us behind schedule. The owner was extremely nice, the rental was entered in wrong and he had trouble changing it in the computer.

After returning the trailer in the time alotted I was then notified from our credit card carrier that place I rented the trailer from is continuously trying to charge my card for over 200 dollars and the other is over a 100 dollars when the original charge was not more than 35 dollars. please stop this from happening anymore.

But very expensive. I would suggest that someone find a friend with a truck and don't bother to rent. Too expensive. No veterans discount and no AAA discount. Nothing to help with the expensive cost to the customer.

I rented a U-haul truck recently from Sam. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. I recieved a significant discount on the rental and moving equipment. Overall, service was quick and excellent. I would definitely recommend Everything Automotive to friends and acquaintances. The store is convoniently located off the I-290.

It is hard to rate the location as ideal as it is an auto repair shop. The guys were very friendly and enjoyed working with them.

We tried to rent equipment from the Niagara Falls location but the following morning we received a text message saying the equipment can be picked up in a different location one half hour out of our way. When I called uhaul to tell them where I wanted to drop off the trailer I was told the system was down and I could call back in 30 mins. I had been on hold for 20 mins prior to my call and was not pleased at all. I gave my name and number to the rep. Who said he would call back and it never happened. We ended up driving out of the way to avoid any further hassle and we arrived late to a scheduled appointment. We were fairly unhappy with the experience.

we ordered the truck well in advance from a different location. found out last minute, the location had changed. Preordered dollies etc ...they were not available and the u haul employee was clueless! Not at all helpful. There was 3/4 tank of gas in the vehicle yet he pit us in as having 15/16 of a tank...we ended up overcharged for gas. To improve your service, I suggest you hire good employees and give customers early notice if you are going to change locations around. Have the supplies customers order ready and available.

Service was terrible! We waited a long time for someone to attempt to help us, garage mechanic looked n walked away!.the system was down n no back up plan was in place. I had a time limit to pick up a couch before it would be sold, but I got there late, n it was gone! Besides wasting my money on Thu uhaul, I was charged twice, only was emailed 1reciept n no one will see I get paid back! I was given a number to call Jason, but he also will not answer or return my call! I will not give up, n I want the $50. It states on line if reservation is made n its not ready!

The auto hauler was hard to use for cars that are low to the ground, getting car on and off trailer was extremely difficult. Parts of the grill on the car were damaged unloading due to the ramps.

Well for one UHAUL did NOT call me the day before my pickup and that is usually when the past 4 times I have used UHAUL I have gotten my MILITARY DISCOUNT and why I keep using UHAUL and then one the day of the pickup they didnt have the 2 dozen furniture pads I needed , only 6, the guy was very nice and he lent me the 6 and didnt charge which was very nice. But still the fact I didnt get the mILITARY DISCOUNT and I move alot I might switch to a different service next time

Keep more accurate files on the trucks you have to ensure mileage and gas is correct. Also keep the back of the truck free of debris- we found paper and business cards in the back. If you're going to start the truck to warm it up then ensure the heat is actually on and not the cold air. Lastly waiting 40 minutes for paper work isn't enjoyable as it cuts into precious moving time.

The issues I encountered were not the fault of the pick up or drop off location. They stemmed from the reservations and rescheduling of the equipment. After booking 2 weeks in advance my reservation was changed twice (one with less than 4 hours notice from my pickup time). Between all of the changes and issues getting things taken care of I spent 2 hours on the phone (over 45 minutes of this on hold). I was charged a higher rate after the 2nd change even though it was something I had no control over. Attempting to deal with this at the time of pickup I was told there was no manager in the store so no one could help me. I had to call the 800 number, after over 35 minutes of being transferred and hung up on I spoke with a David who was helpful and at least adjusted the price. I was forced to pick up my rental at a location that was farther than my original reservation yet I was charged for extra milage. The truck was dirty and there was even broken glass on the floor. It is clear that customer service is the lowest priority. The company has no respect for the customers time and the other requirements a customer is dealing with when planning a move. Because of Uhauls changes I was forced to reschedule the moving help I hired twice (at my expense). I will never use this company again and will never recommend them.

Wasn't sure it was the drop off site. Part of site was a repair shop for old vehicles. Part was, well didn't look like a place where I wanted to drop off the truck and trailer. The only reason I did was because there was one other uhaul there.

My pickup time was 9 am but by time the worker figured out how to check me out it was 9:30. Then when I got home and opened the truck I discovered that the appliance dolly was not there. I called back and he said it was u-hauls fault.at that point it was 10 am and the men I had helping me were left waiting. I would not ever go to this location again.

I payed way to much for a product that was not up to par, when I try and speak with customer service I often (not always) feel disrespected and dismissed. I will not be using Uhaul in the futur and will not reccomend it to any future customers.

where to start.moving my daughter home from college didnt need a big truck wanted a 10 foot one talked me into a 14 foot because it had a ramp ok reserved it 10 days ahead of time got called the afternoon before renting was told my pick up location change and there was no 14 or 10 foot available I would have to take a 17 foot one didnt even come close to filling it used probably double the gas and had to pay extra on the thuway because of the bigger truck wanted to pay cash said it couldnt because it was a one way rental then didnt notice i was charged for insurance that I didnt want my fault just wasnt a good expience figure it cost about $100 more than it should of thanks can some one call me
