The vehicle was fine. My frustration is with the online app. It's a slow process, much of which can be completed before pickup....the verification for instance. It took 20-25 minutes to pick up the vehicle. The is a "Chat" feature that I tried to use to ask how long the process took and my chat was simply ignored. Why have it available if it's not going to be used? I clicked on the Feedback or Review link (don't remember how it was titled) changed my mind and clicked the back button only to be taken to U-Haul France and had to translate the screen and try to get back to the pickup screen. It was a frustrating process to say the least. Drop off was painless by comparison.Bruce J.

Got on site only to realize a uhaul twice the size of the one I was assigned was blocking me from exiting the parking spot. It took over an hour and 3 people to get me out, resulting in me missing the window in which my movers were available. Customer service told me my only option was to pay for a tow truck to move the uhaul the workers carelessly left blocking my assigned truck. I complained and have heard nothing. I am outraged and still trying to receive a refund.Michael E.

This truck was filthy especially with covid concerns it was unacceptable. I'm thankful I made it 200 miles without a breakdown. The truck sounded as if it wasn't going to make it. The rental place wasn't very knowledgeable about mileage and thruway tolls.Amber P.

the website went down for three hours. What was supposed to be a 9 am move time turned into a 1230 move time because of an issue on Uhauls end. With that I was unable to get the keys to my new apartment, and it turned the entire day into a complete mess. The people on chat and phone acted like it was my fault, and it took having too drive to uhaul to find out the systems were down. When the system finally worked, we were informed uhaul sent us to the wrong location. I ended up being charged three times for one uhaul.Erica C.

Roach/bug spray the inside of the cargo trailers. Got a couple of creepy crawly surprises upon pre-load inspection. Other than that service was excellent, guys working at location were very helpful!Syrretta P.

My only problem with the service was the technician didn't attach the hitch correctly to the bumper. He didn't have a hitch on top of the ball correctly and I didn't even realize it.david R.

I rented by calling ahead. I checked in on line that morning and it still took 30 minutes to get my rental putting us behind schedule. The owner was extremely nice, the rental was entered in wrong and he had trouble changing it in the computer.jennifer K.

After returning the trailer in the time alotted I was then notified from our credit card carrier that place I rented the trailer from is continuously trying to charge my card for over 200 dollars and the other is over a 100 dollars when the original charge was not more than 35 dollars. please stop this from happening anymore.Jack J.

I rented a U-haul truck recently from Sam. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. I recieved a significant discount on the rental and moving equipment. Overall, service was quick and excellent. I would definitely recommend Everything Automotive to friends and acquaintances. The store is convoniently located off the I-290.Shraddha P.

It is hard to rate the location as ideal as it is an auto repair shop. The guys were very friendly and enjoyed working with them.FAYE V.
We tried to rent equipment from the Niagara Falls location but the following morning we received a text message saying the equipment can be picked up in a different location one half hour out of our way. When I called uhaul to tell them where I wanted to drop off the trailer I was told the system was down and I could call back in 30 mins. I had been on hold for 20 mins prior to my call and was not pleased at all. I gave my name and number to the rep. Who said he would call back and it never happened. We ended up driving out of the way to avoid any further hassle and we arrived late to a scheduled appointment. We were fairly unhappy with the experience.Scott E.
