Checking out online was very difficult. I could not imagine been on phone at this location till middle of the night for more than two hours with customer service without resolution. Verification code was not coming. Very pissed.

The mirror on passenger side was not stable and moved making it a safety issue. The agent informed me and tried to repair it prior but it didn't work. I trust it will be repaired before the next customer.
