Your "truck share" process is to say the least absolutely ridiculous. We spent over one hour on the app on one phone and with our other phone on a call with a U-Haul rep to pick up a truck I had reserved for Friday 6/7. We felt like criminals and your process is absurd. We will NEVER use U-Haul again. BRING BACK INTERACTION WITH HUMANS AT RENTAL SITES!!!!!!!

I thought I was picking up in a counter, when I got there it was a gas station and no one was there, I had to call a number and the pick up process took almost an hour, returning was hard too. I had to call 2 times the phone because of issues with the web check out.

It totally was not the location's fault. They are just a A pickup at a convenience store/ gas station. The original U-Haul I reserved was five blocks from my house and they took it upon themselves 2 days prior to the reservation to send us further away. The whole experience was a freaking nightmare. You use a worthless app. That's only good for an Apple phone. Go back to technology school and fix your app. Then we went ahead and agreed to tow a trailer for them up to Chicago. After that nightmare of a morning we told them no. The $700 off the fee didn't matter. At that point I could have cared less. I will never rent another U-Haul ever!!! They want to make things supposedly with an app easier yet we had four customer service reps we had to deal with on the phone just to get to a Dropbox and get our key and get the hell out of there. Which we were already an hour late because of this fiasco. Never again never again!!!

I do not appreciate the change in pick up location, spending extra $$ driving because of the location change, still be charged for the equipment I requested but that wasn’t available— disappointing at best

We keep getting the oldest truck on the lot, which is disappointing. The breaks also needs to be looked at.

I'm used to renting with a person at a counter. So doing it online was a little bit confusing for me. Something I guess I need to get used to.

The guy who runs this particular uhaul pick up spot is amazing! He was answering me all day long on EASTER a holiday and was so so much help. He was professional and made sure that I got what I wanted/needed. Answers very quickly and cares about his trucks! Go here for your moving trucks! Very pleased! Thanks for making my move easier!

The location is very convenient for us. The issues we faced: The 15' Truck we reserved was not available at our pick up time. Someone got to the truck before we arrived and departed. The 1/2 dozen pads were not available for us. The app would not let us pick up the truck we reserved two days prior. The location is a Gas Station/Convivence store with no counter help. When called, first representative was not helpful but did forward my call to a rep who assisted us with a different rental (10 Ft Truck) and then forwarded the call to another rep who stepped us through the process...when returned the 10Ft Truck, the app could not find the location. Called again the the rep noted our file and by the end of the day, received the email with the final bill. Recommend to make the app more user friendly and let this location know the issues.

the self service app is bad, had to call for help 5 times. 3 times your reps did nothing, luckily the other 2 times the reps were able to help me with a manual pickup of the truck because the app wouldn't work and the drop-off, again app wouldn't recognize my location on android phone
