Beau RMore signage for entry and path to office may be an improvement for your average customer. Customer service was excellent. Equipment was great. I would absolutely recommend this simple location over a fancy office and a tight parking lot.

Fred MThat 5x9 w/ramp trailer should be re-hitched or discontinued. It is an awesome size with a big ramp, but I have now had it pop off my hitch on two separate occasions from two separate locations on different trucks with different hitches. What that tells me is that your screw-on hitch doesn't work or doesn't stay tight or your employees don't know how to use them, though the guy that installed this trailer certainly seemed to know what he was doing. On the plus, my chains were installed correctly both times and the trailer worked excellently when it was attached to my vehicle.

Michael SThe location was closed when I showed up, which was around 330pm. Luckily there was someone at there personal vehicle that worked there, I talked with.
DAVID HThe person assisting me was very fast which is rare at UHaul, will look at this location in the future for my UHaul rents.
Mark PThe only thing I would suggest is to add a lift. Difficult to pickup and mount on hitch when U-Haul is full. All else was great!

Carl DDirt over the floor of the trailer. Location did not have moving pads that reserved with the trailer. Owner of the business was pleasant and efficient. He could not do anything about the moving pads except to have me call 1800 UHAUL. Waste of time. I went to three other uhaul businesses before I found pads. This was an unnecessary and inconvenient waste of my time.

Jurgen THad a hard time finding the office. The posted address is across the parking lot of the actual office. After 10 min of wandering around, asking people for directions, I wandered into a tire shop and then found the office. Great service after that.
Lisa HThey wanted me to back the trailer into a parking place but their other business teucks were in the way and they had a bunch of old tires laying up against a utility power pole, which I bumped with my truck while backing up and the tires fell over bumping his work truck. He got all sh!++y with me swearing at me and threatening me for damages to his piece of sh!t truck, blocking the parking area and his illegally stacked tires against a utility pole. Now i know his other business and I will be laughing when he finds his truck with flat tires or with some other unforeseen damages. Ay 60 years of age and having rented uhauls dozens of times during my life, I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER UHAUL AND I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, ASSOCIATES AND EVERYONE ELSE THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA HOW F*CKED UP UHAUL IS AND TO NEVER EVER RWNT A VEHICLE FROM UHAUL.
