Van was parked on the hill and it looked like a full gas tank. When I return the van at the location which has a gas station as well, I had to put 4,5 gallons of gas and my mileage use was about 16 miles. I assume it is a gimmick.

the attendant was rude, made me manually bring the dolly and pads into his closet space deep inside his warehouse. yelled at me that the placement was blocking a sink. overall the return process was unprofessional and made me question your entire business process. you have no quality control with this 3rd parties.

My pick up location was moved. Way out of my way which costed me more in mileage. The new pick up address the owners son who was maybe between 10 and 12 years old behind the counter had none of the information that was with my confirmation number and made us go through the whole process...again. Then we weren't allowed to drop the vehicle off closer to where our business was due your policy of lost vehicles and charges for one way when clearly the mileage proves otherwise. Very displeased with the service on and off the phone

I got charged twice. The person running the place didn't check the vehicle with me. Because on paper it showed the gas tank was full. I have pictures of the entire vehicle and the milage as well as where the gas was when I picked it up and dropped it off

They take too much time to process the bill and they try to cheat with gasoline level. Before go out I was take the picture of meter board. But they are pushed to me put more gas.

Misquoted price and unable to explain. Took 40 minutes to get rental which is OK if there were no issues. Quoted $674 paid 940. I went over 153 miles yet u requested a 1400 mile estimate written for 1300. Also was told at counter the 774 total was because I'd receive the $100 refunded if van clean etc. That was false based on the Corp uhaul rep.

I used mobile rental option but rather than provide key in a lock box I had to go find an attendant. This was the only van left and I had a reservation. Lack of options but it was fine.
