I was charged for a dolly and furniture rugs that weren't provided. They said they would back the charges out because she didn't know how to do it then. C'mon. I'll spend hundreds of dollars fo my time to get my account corrected. You can do better.Alan T.

I ordered a dozen pads that were not on the truck. I called the rental place and asked that charge be removed that did not happen.Andrew H.
Truck was dirty and not sanitized. Truck Cargo areas was locked From previous renter. Cargo area was dirty with used pads, some wet, and dolly. Truck cabin was never cleaned with food and dirt still remaining. Truck was not full of gas and registered less than half full. My contract showed at half full and was not changed by the haul agent on duty to reflect the correct fuel level. I called UHaul to discuss my rental with no response other then a text from a Michael Carter stating he aware of my concern never contacted me after multiple attempts by me. The UHaul agent at the pickup location stated it is not his responsibility to ensure the trucks are cleaned or maintained. He is there only to sign them out for rental. I would like to speak to a UHaul representative, preferably a manager to discuss my experience. I can be contacted at 256-529-7252. My name is Michael Pepemichael P.
The pick up process was easy and the customer service at the drop off was great...... though the equipment was below well average. During the time I had the truck I found out the headlights didn't work, the rear passenger tail light didn't work, I was told the back up lights didn't work and the horn didn't work...... I have the expectation that these basic things would work on a rental that cost over 400 $.David M.
Tires were all low on air, 4 each were 15 psi 1ea 30 psi 1 each 20 psi. I had to to delay my departure to call for assistance to put in air. Most gas stations are not able add air over 70 psi and on dual tiresDaniel L.

It was very hard to get your phone system to work. We had to drive about 15 miles past the closets u-haul location. Then had to call again because the location we were sent to was closed. It took about 2 hours to return the truck. Not happy.Evelyn M.

My problem with my experience had nothing to do with the location or the location staff. Everyone was very nice and tried very hard to work the problems with the computer system. The problem was that the system was down, and I had to wait almost an hour to get my van. During that time, I was paying a staff and a venue. I paid more in lost time than the van cost. It was really an unacceptable situation for a company as big and well-known as U-haul. On the day I was supposed to drop the van off, the app wasn't working and the 24/7 help line was down. I stood in the freezing wind trying to reach someone on the phone only to get a constant "We are having technical difficulties with this line." (Or something like that.) Finally I just dropped with key in the box without being able to check out. Later that day, I was able to reach someone and it was taken care of. But renting a van should not be so difficult. Again, this was no fault of the local location. It was a system problem.Rebekah K.
