Darren was very patient and very helpful.
No one was on-site on the date I was supposed to sign my contract and move in. Office and gate were closed. No one even cared to answer the phone or to call back.
Do not require a picture of ID. You more than enough info to process the transaction.

Rented a U-Haul for the second time from this location the first time was an amazing experience and again on this occasion was the same. I've recently been moving back and forth between locations and attempted to rent a U-Haul from a different location and the service was disappointing, at this location is very small and there's no line to wait in in and out . Devin was very helpful he definitely deserves a raise!

Went to the storage at 3pm but it was closed. I was unable to move in.
I was double charged for the use of a handtruck and I called and he was supposed to refund me the money for one of the hand trucks but I do not see that reflected on my bill. If the adjustment could be made I would greatly appreciate that thank you

Facility associate/manager was very friendly and helpful. Facility is pretty clean and seems safe.
It was a horrible experience. Our reservation was changed with only a 30 minute notice while we were on our way to pick up the truck. They wanted us to drive farther to a different location and a smaller truck as a result of the change in reservation. We wrere on hold for 30+ minutes being transferred around to ppl where one hand didn't know what the other hand was doing. Horrible experience added to my anxiety! When we did go to pick up the truck no one was there to give it to us. The sign said they would be there 3-4 hours from now. I want a refund!
I reserved the van online. I arrived at the address and the website said my GPS said I wasn't at the location. I moved closer to the van, but it still said I wasn't at the right location. The office was closed, but somebody finally came out to help us. He gave us the keys and told us we needed to finish the process online. It still wouldn't work so he ended up printing something for us so we could take the van. Upon return, same thing happened. Said we weren't at the right location. The van was great, but the uncertainty of the pick up and drop off process was not good.
Vehicles were parked on a street with box springs underneath and in front of the vehicle. This is a tough neighborhood and I wouldn't want to be forced to do the self-return at night here.
The office representative was very efficient, very courteous and a nice guy. Will refer more business!
My card was just charged a second time after about a month. Not happy about it.
For this experience, the van was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 5 minutes. Return was just as quick. Thank you.

There seem to be an over charge on the invoice. We've called the # several times and NO one has called us back to address. We are taking the next step and disputing the charges thru our credit card company.
The truck rental experience went well. The problem I have is with your U Box operation. Things went so badly that I cancelled the U Box delivery to Portland and rented a truck and drove up the stuff myself.
Not scare me into such a high price after my initial quote. Freaked me out a little.

The rental was certainly clean enough to use. Clearly, the truck had been driven in mud (stains on driver-side floorboard and on the tires). That noted, I would absolutely consider renting, and recommending others rent, from this location again. Thanks!
I've rented in the past. Excellent service . The owner remembered me and has the radio station already set to my liking. That small touch is something one appreciates.
The only thing I would recommend to improve the move for the next customer would be to have a layout of each storage unit. The website states that a 5 x 5 unit fits one bedroom, which is extremely inaccurate.

we had good customer service at the final pick up location but I wasn't happy that the size and original location we selected on our reservation wasn't honored and we didn't find out until an hour before pick up. Cost us extra in mileage.

It would've been nice to know that this location was a 24hr drop off location and what to do with the keys in the event we didn't make it back before closing. I was able to call u-haul to find out, but not until after I panicked. Great experience! Quick and easy process getting the truck. Friendly service!

Went to return truck at 1:30 on Saturday. Office was closed- no note on door. Called a left 2 voice mails. I returned at 4:30 on Saturday...still closed ! My wife had to turn in Truck on Monday at 9 am- making her late for work. Spoke with owner and he said he had a family emergency, please coach the owner to change his voice mail to reflect the emergency (I think most customers would be ok with a message explaining the circumstances why they had to closed)
I will only rent vans and trucks from Devon and Amber at Executive Mini Storage. They are the best!
