Nothing. The attendant was very polite, friendly and helpful. We had had a horrible day dealing with a Budget rental that was horrific and UHaul and this office saved our day and was a great experience.

Stop rushing people that is already rushing to get thier stuff moved. No reason for it especially if they are checking in and keeping you updated. I also was called day after I checked in my U Haul Rental asking for money and when was I dropping off the U Haul. It's literally sitting right outside of the office!

It wasn't until I had loaded the truck that I realized it's A/C wasn't working on a day with temps in the upper 90s. I reported it to the office attendant and asked for a significant price break. She said she wasn't able to do this. In total I drove 50 miles without A/C.

I had the truck for 8 hours. I supposed to pay $60 something dollars. That's was I got it. They charge my card $123,1 if I no I had to pay that amount I wouldn't never got the Uhaul didn't even put miles on it. I put the gas back way it was at when I got it.

The mobile pick up and drop off seemed to be a little extent, with a lot of steps. Especially after the lengthy initial mobile set up.

The uhaul drop off process for a closed facility is to involved. It took me 30 minutes to get my trailer checked in upon return. Also lady used her phone to take a pic of my license. I am concerned that she may not have deleted it and my identity could be stolen. I did not know it kept a pic on her phone.

Sarah as always very helpful and accommodating. Pleasure to work with. Note: one thing very important for the trailer hookup they are heavy to hookup and a special trailer jack at this facility ( if they don't have one) would be extremely helpful to prevent back sprain or worse I would think it-matters who has to pick up trailer to attach on some units. I have seen used at other uhaul facilities and makes it easier to lift. I know a lady at another facility around 5ft tall and she used jack and it went smoothly.

I went to two previous assigned locations to drop off the rental trailer. The entrances at both locations were blocked, not allowing visitors. Please remove them from the 24-hour drop off selection.

I was overcharged for mileage and they said that I was 2 hours late returning the truck when I wasn't. The lady was rude and told me that there was nothing they could do about all the issues that we had.

Great customer service, but the truck's seats were dirty and contained animal hair. The cab also smelled sweaty, and the changing of gears seemed strained even though the truck was an automatic.
