Friendly service, convenient location, truck very easy to manuevr. Price was ok. Would like to not be charged miles plus the $19.95 for few hours. If only need to use the truck for less than 4hours should be able to charge $19.95 only, not $19.95 plus mileage.

I thought the manager was very polite and competent. We were in and out quickly. My only concern was that the business was inside of a liquor store and a whole hour northeast of the town I selected for pickup. I was originally given one location that was closer and then one day before another. If this could be improved that would be great.

I had to drive some 40 miles to pick this truck up. Out of my way. I was given extra credit but it cut into time/plans. the person was great and informative.

I am extremely disappointed in Uhaul right now. I reserved a truck online Wednesday, May 28 for 24 hours with a pickup in Bettendorf, Iowa on Friday 30 May at 2 pm. When I arrived to pickup the truck at 2:45 on Friday, I was told by the person who began my check in that I would have to have the truck back at his location by 8 pm on Friday evening. When I said my reservation was confirmed for 24 hours online, he stated that the dealership had the perogative to change the return time. I canceled my reservation and told the man that this was totally unacceptable and I would not deal with them again. I subsequently rented a trailer from the Knoxville Exit 51dealership and was pleased with the service I received. I will never rent from Uhaul again because of this experience. David McKillip

Although I answered nicely to the questions I had to pick up this location. The location I requested did not have my truck and was extremely rude. I do not appreciate the way she handled herself.

There were several times that there ended up being some sort of technical difficulty with my rental or the charge thereafter. The attendant was incredibly nice and professional about it but it might be needed to update the technology at the site or double check the system for potential glitches,

Since we had equipment difficulties, this facility did not know I was returning the trailer to them, but were very receptive as they were in need of trailers. They helped me work with the regional UHaul office to return the equipment without substantial penalty. He was most accomodating on a late Saturday afternoon.
