I was given a different location via email than this. It was a pain in the butt to finally get to the correct place. I was never contacted about a change of location. Exper Auto was just fine. I would like to not have to run all over town to find my trailer.

I made reservations that included renting an appliance dolly. When I got there there was no dolly, and no attempt was made to find me one. I had to take time out to try to find a uhaul dealer that would rent one to me without renting a truck. I couldnt find a dealer that would rent one out to me, had to get one from home depot.

The problem I had is with my initial reservation at the 8300 Fry Road location (Cypress, TX). My reservation confirmation was received January 8, 2019 for pick up at 9am and return the next day (24 hours) for a 10' truck. When I arrived there was no rental truck for me. I was then referred tot he FM 529 location and then given a 11am to 9:30pm reservation. Later I received a text that reservation had been rescheduled for 11:30am. I called at 11:30am and that truck was not available until 15 minutes or so later. I was very disappointed that I had to be charged additional mileage and have my move be pushed back three hours later because the Uhaul location on Fry Road failed on their promise to execute my reservation. Also the truck at FM529 did not have a ramp making us have to work harder by lifting furniture. Other than the truck not having a ramp, the FM529 location was good.

I schedule to pick up at 10am- store manager show up at 12pm. We only have 6 hour to move instead of 8 hour and was charge whole full day.
