When I arrived at the location I was given after making an online reservation for the van I needed I knew immediately there would be challenges. There was one employee at the location who was also the gas pump attendant. He have me a phone number to call. From there I spoke with who assume is the owner and had to send him my license via text because the link I was sent didn't work for online check in. Basically instead of having a customer service representative on location, you arrive and call a guy. We also rented a utility dolly and the attendant on premises was directed by guy on phone to put in van. He tried giving it directly to me but I asked him to put it in the van and he aggressively tossed it in. My recommendation is do not use the online service. Go directly to a dealer that has staff in person and make your rental arrangements.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to rent a cargo van. Not sure if he has another location where he keeps vehicles or not. The location is small, and gas station is fairly busy. All in all was very satisfied with this location.
