I want to make few things clear, the people there was very helpful they did a great job no complaint about them, however the U haul organisation needs to be organize we spend 3 hours to get everything done because customer service mess my original order, they give me a credit compensation because my original order was cancel at the end, they have to give me a 10 foot when original I requested a a 15 foot. I left my refrigerator that cost me 1,900 .the 10 foot was not tall enough to get it in the truck. very bad experience dealing with your customer service.. Now I have to pay to bring my refrigerator because of the negligence of your staff.

The system was slow and did not work the first few times. The location is a bit rundown and does not carry any of the other supplies that I requested online for our move.

I had to pay for an additional day account of being late 1 hour, Uhaul should have given me a break or refund. For that extra day I was charged.

The customer clerk didn't seem to know what he was doing? He didn't have the patience to teach me what I need to do to send my driver's license through a text message. My nephew didn't do what he asked us to do, He figured it out by looking at the text. when we left he could not tell us what it cost? He said it would take 20 min. and we would get an email telling us what it cost. Now looking over the bill I see we got charged for a for gas when we paid him for gas. he never gave us a paper with the end miles. and when I brought in the papers he gave to when I picked it up He took them and gave us nothing. Not happy at all

I’ve been using Uhail everytime i move., this time It was very disappointing. Paperworks should be texted according as i was told. IMy distance is just corona-ontatio twice back and forth. And anaheim-ontario back and forth for one time. How the hell i was charge 333 milea using only a half tank? The problem is I didnt read the mileage when I picked up the truck because I trusted Uhaul so much. And since it was a busy day didnt have time to read the text which no content just the day I returned the truck.

I was given a rental that had an empty tank of gas & was not in working order. I lost out on $20 dollars of gas I was putting into the rental that had a cut fuel line and spilled the gas on the ground. I never left the lot of Express Gas w/ the rental I paid $161 + $20 spent on gas. I was never reimbursed the $20 for gas, Jose from Express Gas was rude and promised U-Haul would reimburse me the $20 for gas, plus I had to drive to another location to pick up another rental and no adjustments were brought to my attention. So Disappointed & Never again will I rent from U-Haul

1. I arrived a little before 8 and the gas station employee had no clue about my reservation. He just told the U-Haul gets at 8:30. 2. I ordered two dollies and guess what? Not with the truck. 3. I was told I needed to go and pick them up at a different location about 8 miles away. 4. The truck’s windshield was very dirty. The windshield wipers smeared the dirt. The wipers needed to be changed and cleaning fluid was empty.

Very small with one store clerk who didn't seem very familiar with the U-haul online system & was constantly interrupted to ring up gas/item purchases. An adaptor was needed, but they don't sell those. The employees were courteous & helpful.

The truck had broken glass in it from someone else's move. Would have been nice to have it cleaned out before we picked it up. Also, the p/u location changed LAST minute. When you send out a text to confirm, you should put it in bold that the location has changed. When folks are in a moving mentality, they don't have time to re-read a message from you saying the location changed.
