The owners need to ensure that the previous user cleans the van before they hand over the keys or they clean the van themselves. The store owner was very helpful, kind, attentive and knowledgeable….everything was perfect about my service ….except for the dirty van. There is thick dust accumulating on the dashboard and other parts of the van and the outside was also dirty. Rice, water bottles and other things were left inside the body of the van and I had to clean it out to the best of my ability before I could use it.

The two front seats and can were filled with dig hair and smelled like wet dog. It was absolutely gross. No discount and no consideration given besides a lint roller. I do not recommend this location to pick up from.

When I went to drop the vehicle at around 1:30AM, middle of the night, i got to know that there was no DROP YOUR KEY KEYBOX there at the site. I had to come back with the key, 30KMs, then again go in the morning, another 60KMs round trip just to drop the key, when the location was open. Very Bad experience, the app was showing to just go to the location, lock the vehicle and drop the keys in the box, but there is no BOX!!

I was this locations first customer & though took a little while to set up, overtake the owner Richard was super friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, i arrived day's end, 5mins after closing (due to ME misunderstanding information shared). Thankfully one of his staff was still there & graciously unlocked site so that i could go through returned vehicle inspection & give key back. Very appreciated on my chaotic day filled with snaffus. Thanks to Express News Convenient in Vancouver BC Canada.

My experience was perfect and the store owner was friendly and organized. I used the Uhaul app to message the location to call me when the van was ready as I could pick it up early. I got a call so I picked up the van and gratefully got all my tasks done ahead of schedule. Merci.

it was honestly flawless. the guy at the store was great, greeted me by name, made everything super easy. typically when renting a truck you're doing something stressful (me anyway), this guy made my day easier. very happy with the entire experience.

Teach the filipino owner a class on honesty and principles. Not to mention a sacred trust a customer puts in being treated fairly. However, in my experience with this bloke, I caught some early red flags. While pickup, I did not receive the initial paperwork with fuel level and kms. When I asked, he said he will email me but I never received any. I had to fill up the tank of fuel as I was unsure at what level it was. I asked if I can check in online, he said, "no need, waste of time". On my return for drop-off, as soon as I parked, he came out, said all good, you can go, I will email you. I assertively told him before he post anything, I will like to check. As to no surprise, this cheat entered three days for rental when it was clearly less than 2 days of me renting, when I protested, he told me its the uhaul system, I cannot change it. I told him to do it in front of me and try to change it to the correct 2 days. Then he proceeded to post the transaction and it stayed 2 days. In his eyes he knew he was a cheat and he got caught red handed. What a Shame... from U haul to U suck!!! Ps company policy of cargo van to be returned at the same location.... calling yourself the solution to hassle free moving.. time to reflect in the mirror and realize what a shitty customer centric policy it is.... moving company a big joke.

Being able to walk to the location was great and made it super accessible. However the equipment was quite dirty and did not appear to be cleaned between uses. The person running the location also didn't come out to do a prevehicle inspection, which you can do online I just found it strange. Trying to get the vehicle parked during busy afternoon hours was difficult as the parking lot was very full.
