The line for pick-up was incredibly long and only 1 assistant behind the counter. We were tight on time and I did the express check in but I wouldn't rate it as "express" due to waiting time. UHaul should provide more personnel to assist with the mutliple bookings, especially on the 31st/1st of all months where moving is at its peak.

The cabin had a stinky smell (B.O.) and the steering wheel was very sticky and dirty. The engine was ok but at the red light you can feel the engine requires maintenance.

Arrive to get the U-Haul at 9 did not get the U-Haul for another 20min then I had to walk a couple blocks to grab the truck. Plus the location was nowhere near where I requested causing it to add 30km of driving which was unnecessary. I would also prefer to deal with the U-Haul company itself and not an outsourced location.

Asked for Blankets and they were not available when we picked up the truck. This location is a convenience store that sells drug paraphernalia. Return and pickup is inconvenient as the trucks are not at the store but over a block away. The fuel tank was 1/4 full on pick up. I would be charged extra if it was less than 1/4 full on return but not re-embursed for retuning it with more than a 1/4 full tank.

I booked online and selected the mobile pick up service for an easy pick up/drop off. The truck was no where near the store, so I had to go inside and fill out all my information again. Then they made me take a 10min walk to go on a wild goose chase looking for the rental vehicle.

IMprove the instructions for using the app for the reservation. It is easy but there are some steps you can complete before you are on site which will make it easier (eg. take picture of yourself and drivers licences, etc.

How come this truoc not equiped with the pad lock at the back trunk as the other old truck do. My stuffs fell down with my tv when the trunk pop Open. I hope my 60 inches new tv still ok. I think if it is not equiped with that safety paid lock you would warning customer so they will have string or something to lock that back latch for safety.thanks

I do have experienced about complicated about the park break. I got the key in the evening. I didn’t get the truck that night. Then came back at 11:30 am the next day.they charged me extra day even I haven’t get the truck that night. The lady said not from her about the charges it was from the U-Haul. Why do I recommend to other if I m not happy for the service.. and extra day extension she said I need to pay extra aside from whatever the charges from the truck per day. What if the customer not enough money ?? All the times. They should give consideration, I grew for the charges but not as $50 + whatever per day for the truck..Some situation happens that u are busy working unexpectedly you need extra day for renting the truck..

This location is convenient for me. The service today was better than normal and using the express check in was easy. The truck was very dirty and I had to sweep out the back. The windshield was very dirty and there was no washer fluid.

Fix your App! I couldn't properly "drop off" the truck as the store was already closed when we finished. I was on hold for 45 minutes at 10 PM to speak with someone in your call center about it. He mentioned that he and other agents are having to teach customers the back end way of dropping off vehicles/equipment after hours due to the inconvenience of the App.

Our U-Haul was not ready at the time we requested resulting in late fee's from our Rental Management. Was not happy at all by the service. No discount was offered and am very unimpressed.
