Would be nice to know when booking, that the office is down the street at another location. Other than that, everything went well.

More thorough inspection on the vehicles condition. I moved my daughter in a snowstorm and the windshield wipers were absolutely horrible especially the drivers one. Things like this need to be definitely looked at before a customer takes the truck especially someone who's not used to driving in the winter. Other than that I was very pleased.

DENNIS PThe truck was leaking and all our belongings got soaked. The vehicle was extremely hard on gas. Location was fine but the truck was garbage and I would not recommend to friends or family.

REGINALD LProvide snowbrush in cab. Vehicle was covered in snow when picked up. Rear door and latch was frozen shut. Required buckets of hot water to open. Consider using antifreeze on mechanism.
MATTHEW Hyour employees should know how to; Be more on the ball with prepping vehicles. Clean the vehicles. cups, wrappers, banana peals left in the vehicle. Know how to operate the vehicle. know how to close the hood and scrape off the vehicle before renting it out.
STEVEN TLights not working; lift door has seen better days. The process was not straightforward as the office is at a different than the pickup point and only the pickup lot is in the u-haul address book. Confusing and I couldn't check in online because of the 2 sites

AMANDA MAgain from start to finish I called the book or so I thought when I got there, they didn't have a booking for me. They just told me where the trailer was available. I had to set up the app and go through the whole process, the attendant had to call his boss to get him to walk him through on how to do it. I wanted to go pick up a trailer ended up, taking an hour to do that you need to go back to the old school and offer Customer service you don't offer customer service anymore at all not even a little bit
paul jI called on our holiday Monday to ask if I could drop off the trailer today rather than Tuesday, they said not here. I asked do you mean not here today or not here period, the answer I think was not here. (accent was rather thick so it was hard to understand) I spoke to customer service and they said to drop it off Tuesday and there would be no issue. At the compound there was no office and I had to call a number, I got VM. While wondering what to do next, I received a call back shortly after and the gentleman knew who was calling and said drop off the trailer, no need to do anything else. A bit of confusion with the return but it all worked out.
CHRISTOPHER DThis has nothing to do with the location. I hate that I have to do all the work and pay what I do. It's too expensive considering I have to take all the photos and make note of the kms and gas level. I should be getting a discount for that

RAY MDon't rip people off . I didn't end up using the truck to move . Customer service said close the contract to the clerk at 19 ann street . He still charged my credit card and charged me for gas when I put more gas than the truck came with . Crooks

Todd SI have been charged 30 extra because they are saying that i was late, they had the card on file and money was there for the rest of the amount owed. They did not charge it the next morning or that day. But the have charged me stating im late the receipt doesnt show the extra charge but yet come out of my bank. I would like a refund for this amount and put back on my card.
PATTY DApp very confusing to figure out how to "start" the actual rental. You need a "Huge green button" that says "Start Your Rental", or something to that effect. A little "next step" at the bottom of the screen doesn't do the trick, remember your customers are not U-Haul website experts, they have probably never used it before. Second issue, when I got home and opened the door, the 1 dozen moving blankets were not there, but there was a cart bolted to the right rear of the truck which I did not order or need as I already own a D handle dolly. Not a big deal, I was able to use comforters & blankets I had but if I didn't have that, I would have been a little more upset. Thank you, Darin Cook
Darin CThere was a homeless man sleeping in my truck. The parking lot was on a different road than the office, which was inconvenient especially since I really didn't want to kick the guy out myself. The truck came half full, I filled it up thinking it wouldn't be as good on gas as it was. Uhaul should reimburse people for going over on the gas line.
April DThere was a homeless man in my U-Haul and this delay in having to wait around to get another U-Haul really messed up our moving day schedule. I should have been majorly compensated or discounted for this massive inconvenience. Offering $50 off when this delay affected so many people and screwed up this day so badly, was not a fair or professional gesture. Won't be using U-Haul again for my next 2 upcoming moves. Not a chance, unless this is made right!

Manpreet SIt was very annoying to find out that I had to return the truck back to the location and couldn't drop it off anywhere else. This cost me money I didn't plan for. Is the sole purpose of using U-Haul not the flexibility of dropping it off at any other location?
Victor DI disagree with the inspection done by team the next day and the fuel bill that i have been charged. I had filled the fuel to the level at which I had picked it up if not more and I was still charged $50 additionally which is a bad experience for me.

Paul RThe trailer had bald tires and shook at any speed over 50kph. There was nobody there to help hook everything up, we did everything ourselves. Plus the address of the location to pick up the trailer was different than the office. So I had to drive to get the trailer; and then to another office to finalize the contract. Also the online check in didn't work, I couldn't take photos or anything myself.
anthony bThe trailer is extremely heavy and needs two people to lift it onto the ball. Luckily, the attendant had someone assist me ! most heavy trailers have a crank style lift on the tongue.
