The personnel was very rude and condescending during check out. He did not want to listen to our concerns about the truck leaking water into the back and about the rear lights being out. Also, I filled up the gas tank right across the street from the store. I filled it up right to where the amount of gas was when I first got the truck and I was charged additional for not filling the tank up enough. I will not be using the U-Haul location anymore.

Thomas KoronkiewiczI called this location 2 times the first time I call i ask questions about pricing and what they had available the guy told me he had a van I said ok. I call back the second time to ask what is needed of me to rent the van and he tells me just a valid drivers license , I told him that I had that and that I would be on my way for the van. I get there and they don't have the van I asked for I begin to explain my frustration to him and he tells me that they have a van and a different location and I can go there I told him I wouldn't be able to do that because I Uber it to that location he didn't have any remorse or any other options for me. On top of coming all the way there to not have the vehicle I asked for he told me my total would be 60 sum dollars and some change I look at my account the next morning and I was charged 100$. Never did he explain to me any fees or deposit that I had to make. It's now 2 days after this incident I called the store asking for them to explain why they didn't explain any of the fees to me they put on hold for 20 min than they hung up on me . At this point I need my refund back ASAP!!!!!! I'm soooo disappointed the place was disgusting and smelled I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was very confused by this and confirmed his words multiple times and he said yes it will only be the base charge of the rental. When I got my bill this was not the case. I had a feeling this was going to happen but just upsetting that he told me I would get 200 miles free.

We walked to the door and the staff member came out in a huff and told us we can't park there as that part of the parking lot was for the business next door. There was no sign indicating this. We parked the uhaul where she wanted us to and handed her the key at 6:01 pm. She did not tell us it was considered "after hours" and charged us $20. I am incredibly disappointed in my uhaul experience.

kYLE MACGREGORI was charged a $20 fee because I didn't check the unit in online when I dropped the truck off after hours even though I dropped it off 14 hours early. Why do I have to pay $20 for staff to take a minute at the computer and check the unit in? The store was open the next day before my scheduled arrival time and the unit was checked in on time.

The truck I received did not have a ramp and it was not tall enough to stand the refrigerator up in even though I specifically stated I needed to. This is a very minor point as the two locations were close together. Also, my order for rental shipping pads was not available where I picked up the truck. This was easily fixed by picking up rental pads at another U-Haul location nearby.

Holly GleasonThis is more so the entire experience, though this location was also weird; when I walked in and said I was picking up the Uhaul truck, he just said, "ok?" and stood in silence. I was already annoyed because there were late changes in my reservation that impacted the entire move and he made me very uncomfortable. Prior to going to this location, I reserved a 14ft truck two weeks in advance and received a call the day before my move saying it was no longer available at that location and the nearest one was 45min away; this definitely would not work so I had to settle for a 10ft truck, which was entirely too small and I had to ask friends to pack their cars because of this. I also needed a dolly and this location did not have one, which made the move even more challenging. At some point, I received a text while we were moving saying a 14ft truck magically appeared and I could upgrade, when we were already halfway through the move. The next day, when I needed to drop the truck off, the location that I selected was not the location that was on my contract. I selected one 15min away and it was changed to a location 40min away. Unacceptable. I called multiple nearby locations for assistance and not one person was helpful. Eventually, I was told to call a number to change the drop off location and was on hold for 30min and never spoke to anyone. I then contacted the contact location and they were able to help after 3 other locations could not. It took me over an hour just to drop off the truck. This whole process made the move much more difficult and a lot of time was wasted. I wish I would have used a different company.

I didn't have any passengers, how I received the vehicle was how I left it. It was me and my phone but I had to clean the center counsel that had something spilled on it. I didn't have any drinks. $190 for 6 hour rental. Not a great experience
