The only thing that was really wrong was the graffiti on the truck. Oh & the fact that online says you can pick up before store opens, but in reality you can't. I think that option needs to be taking off. It's just Frustrating

Elina SThe van was filthy and disgusting. I had to contact customer service for help. The location felt unsafe. Trucks and vans are parked on a platform from an old burned down business with not appropriate ramp/driveway so you just has to figure it out. There appears to be someone living in a van/storage unit in the parking lot and possible growing or just smoking a lot of weed. There are many many locations in this area and I will probably avoid this one going forward even though I have used them a few times in the past. There was a different person at the front desk this time so I don't know if management changed and that impacted things but it just was not pleasant anymore.
DOUGLAS LWe arrived after hours and the mobile app was great for dropping off the truck. But the parking lot was small and it was quite unclear where to park the 26 ft truck we rented. The drop box location wasn't very evident, either.
Jeff OBe straight forward. Tell a person how much your going to charge them. Don't give them a low ball ass quote and tell them it's all good when they return your shit. Stupid lady said I was paid and good now I owe you fags another 100 dollars after the fact. If I don't pay it then I get late fees. You guys are fucked up. Get your stupid 39,99 off the fucking windows it's scam. 29,99 if you rent the fucker but don't actually drive it or look at it. 藍藍藍. Oh plus an 80 dollars fee for handing the keys back. You guys are bullshit. Just keep it real quit scamming on people.
Jesse TSent me to wrong location , I ordered boxes that I was charged for but when I arrived at the facility to pick up my truck and after being sent to a different location I was told the location I was sent to does not even provide boxes and I'd have to travel all the way across town at a dollar a mile on my own dime to pick up boxes but so I ended up not buying the boxes was also overcharged for the rental and absolute nightmare I'll rent a home Depot pickup truck in a few Mexicans out of the back of the building to move myself next time

Daniel GHad a small hiccup where I was billed for extra days because somehow the truck did not get checked in when I dropped it off. Was lucky to catch the error of the added charge. A quick call and within 20 minutes it was reran accurately. Very good customere service/responsiveness.

CHARLES BAppreciated willingness of staff to accommodate "transfer" of appointment from one location (E Sprague) to this one after reserved truck at E Sprague location had empty gas tank - presumably siphoned by vandal/theft. - with no equivalent vehicle available at that location. Would have been a bonus to have mileage calculated from original location vs actual location but was next closest so only added a few miles to our cost. Staff person working Sunday 11/6/22 was polite, efficient, and thorough. We got the job done. Merci.

He helped me understand why I paid it and even felt sad the tax is so high for everyone. Extremely customer care oriented. I appreciate people like Dan who take there job serious and important to them and their customers. I wish I had rented the truck from him.

jack eThe store and CSR were wonderful. The pick-up process, not so much. U-Haul changed my pick-up location but this was not communicated to me. The CSR was able to do a fresh rental and saved me the time and effort of going somewhere else.

Daniel GPerson inside was very friendly! But when returning the vehicle, the website kept glitching and wouldn't let us submit anything. 20 minutes later, now after our rental time, it worked.

Jeremy sThe truck was clean but found the lock on the roll up door did not work so securing the truck after loaded could not be done. Then we had a dead battery this morning when we went to leave to go uload the truck. Even though we had these problems we will use this U-Haul site going forward becuse of the customer service that Dan provided. He was great to work with, fair, helpful and concerned about the issues we had. He took very good care of us and he did what he could to see that we were satisfied in the end. Thank you Dan, customer service is vital to business but it does not always exist these days.
Darla WThe truck I rented and drove to bullhead city Az. got terrible fuel mileage. It took me 9 fuel stops to go 1100 miles. Each stop took between 15 and 22 gals. That ended up costing 80 to 115 dollars each stop. When I got to my destination I had to park on a slight incline and soon learned this truck had a fuel leak. I was not at all happy.

Paul MI had reservations at the UHaul at 4399 W. Sunset Blvd in Spokane, WA. Made them 1 week in advance. I arrived at 8:50 AM on Saturday August 6th and checked in. I was told "we do not have your truck (1 x 26'). I asked why, they said a mechanical; I said I have movers coming to my home in 3 hours I need a truck. They found me a truck at University Storage on 3rd Ave. in Spokane. I picked up the truck and after completing the unload at the storage facility I rented the truck wouldn't start. It was getting late and I had to leave the U-Haul at the storage facility. Called U-haul and they sent out a mechanic on Sunday morning, he advised the starter was out, it would have to be towed. I drove to University storage and advised I cannot return my truck since it broke down. I want my money back please, Jersey at University Storage said she would credit me back my money. I spent basically 24 hours resolving the issue, it was very taxing after moving a 2 bedroom house of furniture. U-Haul needs to have better preventive maintenance on their equipment, I will be very hesitant to rent from U-Haul with the experience I encountered.
Lawrence BNot sure how you drive a little over 288 miles and. clean the truck in said and out I'm sure I went over the 288 maybe by 25 miler the over was 648 dollars
Doug SI had to got to 3 locations to get my truck. While I was driving to initally get my rental, I missed the call to inform me they did not have my truck. I was then told to got to the location on 3rd ave in spokane, and after 15 minutes of waiting in line was informed I needed to go to the other location on 3rd ave, about a mile away. Tried to call the customer service line as a message was left asking me to call them immediately, was met with a lengthy hold because all represenetives were busy. Finally got my truck 45 minutes after I had planned on picking it up. I would only use Uhaul if absolutely necessary in the future and would not reccomend.

craig cI think you did well. I had to walk a mile to your other place because a truck wasn't retuned but that's not your fault. I was very surprised at how the keys are left though. I'm surprised a homeless person doesn't grab a truck.
GREG WThere were a couple smaller furniture wheels left in from a previous use, but it hauled my Harley 500 miles wonderfully.
