Had a small hiccup where I was billed for extra days because somehow the truck did not get checked in when I dropped it off. Was lucky to catch the error of the added charge. A quick call and within 20 minutes it was reran accurately. Very good customere service/responsiveness.

Appreciated willingness of staff to accommodate "transfer" of appointment from one location (E Sprague) to this one after reserved truck at E Sprague location had empty gas tank - presumably siphoned by vandal/theft. - with no equivalent vehicle available at that location. Would have been a bonus to have mileage calculated from original location vs actual location but was next closest so only added a few miles to our cost. Staff person working Sunday 11/6/22 was polite, efficient, and thorough. We got the job done. Merci.

The guy Dan was very helpful and friendly. He actually explained to me the rental tax and why it's there and what it was about. He helped me understand why I paid it and even felt sad the tax is so high for everyone. Extremely customer care oriented. I appreciate people like Dan who take there job serious and important to them and their customers. I wish I had rented the truck from him.

The manager there was very friendly, efficient and know his job super well. He helped me with the phone pick up and It took him less than 5 mins to get us the truck. Kudos to such competent and friendly associate.

Clean the trucks. Mine was horribly dirty. Clean the parking lot. It looks like an abandoned building. Dan was awesome though. He was friendly, thorough, and professional.

The store and CSR were wonderful. The pick-up process, not so much. U-Haul changed my pick-up location but this was not communicated to me. The CSR was able to do a fresh rental and saved me the time and effort of going somewhere else.

The locks were really sticky and difficult to open… took us about a half hour to get the key out of the lock box even though we were using the correct code.

The truck was clean but found the lock on the roll up door did not work so securing the truck after loaded could not be done. Then we had a dead battery this morning when we went to leave to go uload the truck. Even though we had these problems we will use this U-Haul site going forward becuse of the customer service that Dan provided. He was great to work with, fair, helpful and concerned about the issues we had. He took very good care of us and he did what he could to see that we were satisfied in the end. Thank you Dan, customer service is vital to business but it does not always exist these days.

The truck I rented and drove to bullhead city Az. got terrible fuel mileage. It took me 9 fuel stops to go 1100 miles. Each stop took between 15 and 22 gals. That ended up costing 80 to 115 dollars each stop. When I got to my destination I had to park on a slight incline and soon learned this truck had a fuel leak. I was not at all happy.

The truck cab had not been vacuumed or wiped down. We needed to sweep the cargo area. Overall not horrible, just surprising.

I had reservations at the UHaul at 4399 W. Sunset Blvd in Spokane, WA. Made them 1 week in advance. I arrived at 8:50 AM on Saturday August 6th and checked in. I was told "we do not have your truck (1 x 26'). I asked why, they said a mechanical; I said I have movers coming to my home in 3 hours I need a truck. They found me a truck at University Storage on 3rd Ave. in Spokane. I picked up the truck and after completing the unload at the storage facility I rented the truck wouldn't start. It was getting late and I had to leave the U-Haul at the storage facility. Called U-haul and they sent out a mechanic on Sunday morning, he advised the starter was out, it would have to be towed. I drove to University storage and advised I cannot return my truck since it broke down. I want my money back please, Jersey at University Storage said she would credit me back my money. I spent basically 24 hours resolving the issue, it was very taxing after moving a 2 bedroom house of furniture. U-Haul needs to have better preventive maintenance on their equipment, I will be very hesitant to rent from U-Haul with the experience I encountered.

Not sure how you drive a little over 288 miles and. clean the truck in said and out I'm sure I went over the 288 maybe by 25 miler the over was 648 dollars

I had to got to 3 locations to get my truck. While I was driving to initally get my rental, I missed the call to inform me they did not have my truck. I was then told to got to the location on 3rd ave in spokane, and after 15 minutes of waiting in line was informed I needed to go to the other location on 3rd ave, about a mile away. Tried to call the customer service line as a message was left asking me to call them immediately, was met with a lengthy hold because all represenetives were busy. Finally got my truck 45 minutes after I had planned on picking it up. I would only use Uhaul if absolutely necessary in the future and would not reccomend.

I think you did well. I had to walk a mile to your other place because a truck wasn't retuned but that's not your fault. I was very surprised at how the keys are left though. I'm surprised a homeless person doesn't grab a truck.

The4 man at express storage at 905 e 3ed ave, spokane, wa was excellent, the whole store at 8800 n division was terrible and rude, and insulted me many times. the auto transport i rented needed immediate repair after me renting it, it had a very rusty wheel not noticed upon inspecting before i left with it at renting, so my trip was delayed waiting for repair, n divison u-haul would not help me when they had 2 transport trailers sitting on site, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, OH YES AND THE FIRST DAY I WAS HUNG UP ON FROM N DIVISION STORE I MENTION , TREY, AND SETH WORKERS AT THE 8800 N DIVISION STORFE, VERY RUDE AND THEYU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC IN ANY FORM, iTHOUGHT THAT SINCE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE KNEW ALL MY TROUBLES, I WAS SURE U-HAUL WOULD COMPENSATE THE HELL I WENT THRU, I AM STILL CONSIDERING A LAWSUIT FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY SUCH A HUGE ORGANIZATION AS U-HAUL. I WOULD APPRECIATE A APOLOGY AND SOME KIND OF COMPENSATION FOR THE HELL I WENT THRU FOR 2 DAYS.

i lost my key the day i rented the truck. My fault obviously. Went back to the location. NO help what so ever. No key there, no way to get me a key. Told me to call roadside assistance but didnt even give me the number. Hours went by and roadside "couldn't find a locksmith". Told me that when they did it would be $275. They gave up for the night. I found my own locksmith and it cost $105. They could not have been less helpful. Glad i wasn't stranded somewhere. My pick up location was changed twice from the one i chose. I chose it because i could walk to pick up the truck. The other one was another mile away.

Don't charge for "special handling" of off hours truck return when the truck was returned while location open and keys handed to agent. Also, don't send trucks out with gas on EMPTY with 10 miles left on tank.......very stressful! Promised refund by employee of special fee of $20 but I never received confirmation of this, What a scam!

I was charged for a dolly that we never received. There was no dolly in the pick-up truck, though I had paid $7 for the rental of one. Now, I am being charged $76,8 for anon-returned dolly. This is completely unacceptable.

I put in an online order to pick up at 7am. When I arrived, the truck wasn't ready and I had to wait until 9am for them to open. When asked why it wasn't ready, the person assisting me just chirped that they were busy the day before.

Same situation as the pickup my new location I had a drop off storage 7 minutes for my new home but I had to drive downtown Spokane through traffic to get to this place and I had $100 deposit to be returned to me and the store was a no cash drop off I was inconvenient but he helped me as best he could he asked for my new address and they would mail me a check he did the best he could to help me very friendly and helpful
