It's a bit of a strange setup, being a gas station convenience store. But I didn't have any fundamental issues. However, I had major issues with my reservation. First, the location was changed to one that closed earlier and opened later the next morning than I required. To find a location that worked, I had to take a 30 minute Uber, after spending over 30 minutes on hold to get to that outcome, wasting my time and money. Then I was told the furniture dolly I had reserved wasn't available, anywhere (including the original location I booked). These are cheap items, you should always have enough for rental if you're going to rent them as a business.Russ B.

The truck was filthy with dirt all over the back and none of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. The person who gave me the keys signed the form on my behalf and told me that UHaul did not need to know who was driving the truck even though it asked for his driver's license when I attempted to do it online.AMANDA B.

This location was at a gas station where the employee was more concerned with checking out customers because I was holding up the line. Also the location made it difficult to get assistance when I didn't get the dolly and furniture pads that I paid for because they aren't a Uhaul location therefore they didn't have them. I was extremely upset that my location was changed last minute to a location further from me and that the location wasn't even a uhaul just a gas station with one truck sitting in the corner.Kahiya F.
THE CLERK DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO A RETURN HE HAD TO CALL SOMEONE TO TELL HIM HOW TO DO THE RETURN AND THEN HE TOLD ME THAT PERSON WOULD SEND ME A RECEIPT TO MY CELL PHONE, I NEVER RECEIVE IT BY PHONE BUT IT SHOW UP IN MY EMAIL ABOUT 1/2 HOUR later??james W.
