pick up at 5:30. didnt leave till almost 6. there was a hitch attached and they had trouble getting it off. I had to help. Ice on windshield and no scrapers around. ( wasnt even snowing. Snowed a day prior.) had to sit and wait for defrost to run wasting gas. Guy said he would look at adjusting stuff. Never heard back.

Very Poor Experience: Reservation was set for 8:00AM. It is a satellite location and this particular store did not open until 9:00AM. When open, the clerk said the guy who takes care of the truck (owner) would not be in until 10:30AM. There were 3 customers there on tight move timelines who had reservations and neither could get a truck. After pushing hard, talking to the UHAUL Field Manager and demanding action, the keys were released to me about 9:40AM. This put a HUGE inconvenience on my move schedule and the other people as well. The Uhaul Field Manager blamed it on the owner of the store and upon return the owner of the store blamed it on Uhaul. I would NOT recommend anyone to use this location and I blame Uhaul for allowing this place to rent trucks in their name. Had I known i would have reserved at a REAL Uhaul location.

Please have the store clerk arrive to the store on time. My reservation was at 10am. I arrived at 9:50am but the store clerk arrived at 10:05 am. It took an additional 15mins the drive off with the truck because to store clerk did not know how to operate the uhaul site to complete the reservation. He had to call another clerk to come over to the store to complete the reservation.

Appreciated that I got a truck, many places in Milwaukee were out. However I ordered furniture pads and the pick-up location didn't have them. I wasn't notified of this in advance, would have helped to know in advance so I could have determined how to resolve this issue.

Garbage everywhere in the parking. Where is the drop box for the keys? Walked around with another person and saw no sign of a drop box. Called uhaul, they didnt know where it would be. Now I have to make a special trip tomorrow to drop the key off. Unacceptable.
