Was 30 minutes “late” dropping off the truck and was charged an extra $70. This was after never receiving a predetermined drop off time. It wasn’t until 7:27am that a text message was received stating the vehicle needed to be back at 8:00am. We tried to call and request extended time and was told to call corporate. All corporate said was “we’ll put a note on the account” 30 minutes late when never actually receiving a drop off time and being charged $70 means we will never utilize uhaul again.

It seems to be a busy store with 1 clerk running everything. It took quite awhile to get the truck as I waited for people in n the convenience store to get rung up. When I returned the he clerk told me I could leave and he’d close me out later. I said I wanted to be there for the close out. Again, I had to wait as customers came in and out. The location was conveniently local for me and what my company needed for that day.

Stopped in to drop off and the clerk said the manager wasn’t there so they couldn’t process the drop off at that time , but it would be ok to leave everything with him and the manager would do the paperwork later (he'd be back about 20 mins later). That would leave me with no proof of the drop off. I came back later and the manager then wouldn’t be back for a couple of hours. Tried the check-in process on the U-Haul App, and fortunately it worked, so I dropped it after completing that online process.

The location was extremely convenient to my new home. Dealers always get a bad name with uhaul but this one was a great experience, dropped and got my email in a timely fashion with the 12mile extra charged as expected. Thank you for counting to strive to be the best in the moving industry.

Truck had broken tail light and didn’t fix it before rental. I’m lucky I didn’t get a ticket. He didn’t have the size truck I reserved so I had to pay for a larger truck that I didn’t need.

The reservation was made over the phone. The person ( Anthony) did not know what he was doing. Asked for one way truck with ramp. When we got there they only had one truck, no ramp and had to be returned there. The manager blamed us for his clerk’s inexperience.

I find the prices are too high. Extra taxes and fees are not acceptable. I rented a van for 1 1/2 hours and the fee is over $70. Picked up van with 3/8 full and I brought it back with extra fuel. No credit there. Uhaul don't have problems adding costs. I definitely would advise people to look elsewhere when a rental is needed.
