DIANE TThere was no parking. I needed the truck for an in town move and I had to find a spot off site to park my vehicle. There were at least two different warning lights flashing (brakes and steering) when I turned the truck in. There was trash in the cab. The truck was wedged in to a very tight spot and was difficult to pull out of.

Nakia WThe location does not allow parking on site. They send people to a "city parking lot" which is actually private property with warning signs about towing. The van I rented had low tire pressure and the person working there didn't seem to care at all. When I dropped the van off they wouldn't accept it unless it was backed into a parking space instead of pointing nose in. Honestly, this place was horrible and I'll always tell people to avoid it. If I could give a rating lower than poor I would. If I was the "U-Haul Boss" I'd check this place out and probably cancel any agreement with them. Yes, it was that bad.

PRESTON JThe window was cracked and I suggest not to be late upon turn-in or you will be charged an extra day… maybe I was 15 to 20 minutes, but it doesn’t warrant a extra charged day for rental.

DAVID RMaintenance on the vehicle may be needed. The van was mostly clean when we got it and the lady at the counter had great customer service and communicated well. We always choose this location when we move because of the easy process. This time while choosing this location the van we received wasn't clean like they normally are supposed to be and the van drive very roughly.

DAVID RThe cashier was very nice but since there is no parking available at the gas station due to all of the Uhaul trucks being parked in each spot, I had to park in a parking lot down the street and walk back to pick up the uhaul. It is unsafe and there are no cameras to ensure my car is safe while leaving it in a random parking lot to drive a Uhaul. I am also a young woman and it's unsafe that I have to walk down the street, back and forth to my car. My recommendation is to allow customers to park their car in the spot that their Uhaul is and switch it back out once they arrive to return.

Sharon DOvercharged for several things. And charged twice. Make sure you mobile drop off. When the station signs you in, several charges are added, gas level is changed, double insurance. Take pictures for proof of gas, mileage, cleanliness, etc. This is the first time I had a problem with UHaul. Location makes a difference.

timothy bThis location scammed me and charged me 4x the amount they said they would. Telling all my friends and family to not rent from this location. The representative promised me that this rental was based purely off mileage and did not have a set time limit. This was a complete utter lie. I was charged for 2 sessions and I returned the rental truck the same night in which I rented it. If I do not receive a prompt refund for the money that was taken from my card I will be contacted the BBB about this specific location. I have never had this problem with any other U-Haul location before. These clerks are scammers and will lie to you to take more money than what they initially stated.

egal pUHaul / Service station personnel simply asked if I left the gas level at the same as I found the level? I replied yes and that I left it with even more gas than I found it. Why am I being charge for additional gas??? If my additional charge is NOT dropped I will never rent from UHaul again. I also washed the vehicle the day I returned it because of the mud on the tires, wheels and body from the original pick up location.
