martin rodriguezThis truck was terrifying to drive. Check engine light was on but the employee told me it was safe. It was not safe. The suspension was shot. I have driven several moving trucks before including Uhauls. This one felt like I was going to get a concussion just driving on normal suburban streets. The seatbelt was strangling me the whole time because the ride was so incredibly bumpy. I was literally being thrown around like a rag doll trying to drive. The steering was bad. The brakes were bad. Nobody should be driving this vehicle. Take it off the road now!!! Also, the location has no equipment other than furniture pads (no dollys, etc) so if you reserve it online you won't get what you reserved (not helpful to find out at the last minute). Please do this small, neighborhood location a favor and get them a safe truck and the basic equipment that almost all customers are going to reserve.
Elaine WhiteVehicle was dirty. Engine light came on and never turned off. Seatbelt warning light stayed on and alarm chimed as if seatbelt wasn't being used when it was. Cab interior was in poor shape. Stearing wheel finish was worn away. Location staff were of little help with any info.

Mehilin EstradaWas grateful that this location opens late as I had to move some things quick at the last minute they were a lifesaver. Haven't rented a U-Haul in years and didn't know how easy the process was as compared to all the paperwork you had to fill out in the past.
Taras ArneilThis truck was old, had lots of damage and the fuel was almost totally empty (49 miles to empty). I put fuel in and returned it with just over 1/4 tank, yet was still charged $38 extra for a fuel charge! I'm furious and need answers from U-Haul representative!
