Need power steering fluid it was getting hard to turn and it has a exhaust linkage some where cause it run out
LAWRENCE GREENI did not choose this location, my reservation was switched. I did not choose self service. The location was closed and it was very hard getting someone to actually assist on the phone. Worst experience ever
Vidya LochanLock box to pickup keys was not very accessible. Space was extremely tight to access lock. It would be impossible for a disabled person to access key. Look was so very difficult to open. Electronic box linked to app would have been better. App was also a little cumbersome to use. The overal pick up for me wa about 40min Which is time that I could have spent on my move

Elizabeth CammellWe originally booked our truck through EZ shipping then we got a call from uhaul stating that location didnt have a truck so they transferred our reservation to compass self storage Fairburn Georgia. We arrived at Compass storage at 10am to pick up our truck and was told there was not one available. I was then told that I had to call and find another truck. I called EZshipping in Tyrone GA and lucky for us they did have a truck for us. So we were over an hour late starting our move do to trying to locate a truck that we already had a reservation for. Or so I thought we had a reservation for at Compass Storage. Thankfully the gentleman at EZ shipping was very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately the truck we got had ants in it. upon further inspection we found some half eaten chicken bones under the seat and more ants. We had to clean that mess up before we even started our moving process. I dont believe I should have been charged a cleaning fee on our rental considering we had to clean it before we could use it.

I highly recommend the wonderful people at this location! Throughout the process, I think I spoke to a different person each time. They each knew exactly what was going on and answered questions before I could even think to ask them!!

Matthew JonesIt was nice doing the contactless pickup. The only issue I would say that could be improved in the future was the steps to pick up the truck. If it was simplified in an email before hand I would've known what to do when I got there. But it took me about 25 minutes to figure it out. Other than that I liked it. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The location was great but I broke down on the side of the road on Saturday, august 28, 2021 and was left stranded for 10 hours before a tow truck was sent to come pick up my belongings. I would like to speak with someone from uhaul about this matter.
