I am very disappointed in the way my reservation was handled. I requested a pick up for 8:00 at a Uhaul location that I have used before that is near my home. Instead I was sent an email that I wasn’t going to be able to pick up the trailer until 10:30 at a location that was inconvenient many miles from home. This created a big problem for me because I was to be at a real estate closing for a vacation home in Missouri that was 5 hours away. The closing was scheduled for 3:00 and I had to reschedule for Saturday because I would not have been able to make it due to the delay. I tried to call your 800 number and, after a 10 minute hold was told that I would need to call the local representative, which is not in Wichita and, when I tried that number discovered they closed at 7:00pm. I tried calling the location that I was to pick up the trailer and the representative told me “can’t do that man”. I have always had very positive experiences with uhaul and use your company when I need to rent equipment. This was very disappointing and has caused me, the seller and our representatives a great inconvenience. Thanks for listening. Incidentally, the EZ Stop is a vape shop and quite frankly unclean and not very professional. You could do better.

Well seeing as they charged me twice and over drafted my account I would like that fixed. But the location and the people were great!!

They charged my card 3 times.the guy was very rude and no help to fix the issue.at 1 point he told me f... You not my problem!refused to help resolve the issue.uhaul also was no help.he never checked the truck.asked for supervisor he refused to give any info.i def would never ever recommend uhaul or ez stop.the guy is a crook refused to give us reciept or any paperwork!still uhaul and ez stop have not contacted us or attempt to.be prepared to be overcharged...

Had to wait an hour until they showed up to open the business, the store was dirty and smells bad, the truck was dirty and nevered clean before I picked it up and at the end got over charged for fuel. Very bad experience

I ordered and paid for a appliance dolly. When I called customer service confirming I did everything correctly I was told it would be in the back of the truck. I pick up the truck and low and behold its not there. I then have to drive over to another location to pick it up. I call the customer service phone line again while I'm in line waiting at another location to pick up a dolly (because the other location had NONE) I get a lady on the phone who was incredibly rude and while I was talking to her telling her the problems I was having just puts me on hold. I finally talk with someone who says she'll send a message to the place I was at to pick up the dolly that I've already paid for it. She didn't even offer to refund me for the trouble! I finally asked for one because I didn't think it was right to tell a customer that something would be in the truck and then the location doesn't even have one. You guys are supposed to make moving less stressful but this was def. ridiculous
