No one helped at the drop off . Guy set counter couldn't tell me anything. Got unexplained charges afterwords. Went in when shop opened no one was there to answer about why I was charged extra. Called multiple times no answer couldn't leave a message due to no voicemail available. I've used Uhual since 2017 will not be using Uhual after this experienceCody K.

My only problem was talking the license photos, it was frustrating that it wasn't mentioned that this location had to have a physical check in. We don't mind checking in in person just day that up front. I found out through trying to check in on line from the chat feature. This location is great though, the man we spoke to was very friendly, patient, and helpful.James W.
The location is a great location, but the Uhaul office needs to be clear when customers reserve that they are located in the Smoke Shop. The Uhaul sign needs to be more visible. Joe was very helpful and friendly.RENEE M.

Have someone there whom can to the uhaul side of it. The young gentleman working in that shop wasn't the person who handles the uhaul rentals. He was very busy with the shop itself he was trying to talk with the person over the phone.Glenn F.

No room to park a large truck. Said they received the truck 4 days after they actually did. Store was not even open on time and very very uninviting. Drop off box was around the corner on a drive through. Absolutely awful experience that I am now being charged for.PAUL F.
Had to make 4 separate trips to confirm trailer return, was almost charged $400 for â€œwrong locationâ€ despite having it listed on my contract as the drop off location, and still had to call U-Haul direct to get a return receipt. Horrible customer service, and terrible venue. Will NOT use U-Haul again moving forward because of this experience.TREVOR W.

This service was awful!! First, y'all cancelled my reservation with the rationale being you had the wrong phone number and couldn't reach meâ€¦inexcusable because y'all apparently entered the number wrong. Had I not called to confirm my reservation and provided my original confirmation number I would have been left hanging. I must commend the young lady in customer service because she diligently worked to rectify someone else's â€œoopsâ€â€¦although it required nearly an hour of being on hold. Kiddos to her!! There's more! Once my initial reservation is confirmed I'm at the original pick up location and there's eight tow dolly's on the lot not a single one is in service. I then have to drive over 5 miles to another location to get one. Y'all gotta do better.JAMES C.

Honestly the worst experience of my life I got a broken U-Haul that every time roadside assistance came out to fix it there's three different occasions just for them to tell me it was the U-Haul that was broken whenever I asked for a replacement or something it ended up delaying my trip by hours almost a day worst customer service experience of my lifeANGELICA ESPERAN V.
One person available and I had to block his drive up window so he would have to complete my turn in. Plus he charged me for a cleaning service and the trailer was clean. Bad place for a turn on best to find another place...MATTHEW N.

First i ordered a 17ft truck got a call at 7am saying my truck was not available at my location so they changed the location and gave me a bigger truck. That would have been fine except when i go to get my truck they dont have it and they dont have one bigger. So now i have to go with a smaller truck. I was moving a four bedroom home so now its going to take us double the time to move everything into storage. I bring the truck back an hour late and the guy waits until i leave to call and say he's charging me an extra day because i was late. I asked him how much was it he says $25. I check my card and i was charged an extra $50 on top of the $140 i orinially paid (even though he said it woud not be that much because he quoted me for 60 miles there and 60 miles back and i didnt drive that far. Funny thing is i stayed in the same city which isnt even 60 miles long. I would never recommend this location to anyone or us this location againLATORRA L.
The rental was DISGUSTINGLY dirty. I made the employee at the location aware and his response was 'make sure they know that this was a customer return.' He made NO attempt to clean - I had to clean it myself. Oh, they gave me a $30 credit - but that was NOTHING compared to the filth that was present in that truck. They are doing absolutely NOTHING to clean their vehicles after use due to COVID. I asked customer service to have the GM call me - and the rep stated she sent an email but they didn't even have the courtesy to call and hear my thoughts and concerns. Great customer service, had trucks available, i had no reservation and they got me out the door in 8 mins, would have been sooner but my alternate contact didn't answer the phone at first, overall a great experience. I'm a happy camper and i got my job done on time, thanks again and I will be back for suremshtaq A.
