The environment of the pickup location is somewhat sketchy. A subpar convenience store that kinda reminds one of a 3rd world open market, and there were no peripherals available for use with the truck e.g. hand truck or furniture pallets. Initiating the service I had to talk w/ someone I did not know using the convenience store operator's personal phone - not very professional but it worked. The truck was in excellent condition and rode well, but I will go to the UHaul on Mechanical Blvd next time (that is who I thought I was obtaining the truck from originally online). No ill will meant to the operator, but his/her location and service are just too subpar and too close to a very good official UHaul store and the 2 should not be confused when making appointments online. Albeit everyone was nice, but the capability to provide professional service does not appear to be at this location.

Lance KWe dropped off the truck at 2pm (required drop off time 4pm) and we received a phone call at 6pm about the truck not being checked in yet and incurring late fees. The man said to call the location to get them to check in the truck; however, how is this OUR job? We dropped off the truck earlier than necessary and we had to call the location to check it in? on top of that, their phone number does not go through.
