I think a previous driver smoked in the cab. Maybe spend a little more time cleaning the interior. Other than that, no other complaints.

Andrew MI did not select this location and they closed early. I was unable to pick up truck. I had to hire a friend to help me getting truck at this location after hours - 10pm.

Marion MWe wanted to pick up in McPherson and that didnt work out. The man working st the uhaul place was elderly and struggled with the reservation and were we already running late due to the puck up location changing.
Dan FWe have used the U-Haul trailers before in the past to help deliver and pick up our election equipment for our elections. We have always had great service. We normally request three of the 6x12 cargo trailers and rent them for three days. This gives us plenty of room in the trailer to maneuver stuff around and keeps our election equipment clean and secure. We have never before in the past had trouble with this arrangement. I rented this equipment two weeks early to give the company enough time to arrange for the trailers to be at one of our locations and available. Normally I receive a call the Friday or Saturday before the election to let us know the pick up location(s). I never received a call so we happened to be here the Saturday before the election and I called the scheduler to find out our pick up location. I was told our pick up location was 45 mins away. On a day that everything is timed and planned out already an hour and a half delay there and back is not an option. I was told the only available option was a 4x8 trailer until 11:00am, then a 5x8 trailer would be available. These trailers were not big enough. We ended up making it work but it was a huge inconvenience, and ended up taking almost twice as long with a lot of phone calls to get it done. Another problem was the rental location. The guy at the rental location had no idea what he was doing. What usually takes 15 to 20 mins to finalize paperwork and pick up the trailer took 45 mins. Again when timing is a factor that is another huge inconvenience. I hate to complain but I was just very disappointed with the service we received this time. Sincerely, Reno County Elections

emily sThe only thing I noticed was later after I had left was that I was charged for the insurance and when I reserved it I had declined that. When I picked it up I wasn't asked about it, and didn't notice it was added until after I had left.
Drew KWhen I put the reservation in the uhaul website it was actually for a different location in the same area. So, when we got to the actual place, it was already after closing time. Thankfully he was still there so he helped me out because I did not know how to do the 24 hour reserve.

Richard HTook an hour to pick up the truck. Was told it had 3/4 tank and it was empty. Owner admitted they knew it but forgot to fill it. Trucks were in back of location. Was given key and pointed in direction. Had to check the truck over myself.

dustin mWindshield was broken in 2 places. Owner of the business was incompetent. I reserved a truck at a different location and only found out by mistake that my reserved truck was at this location (another customer had the same issue).

James PHad a flat before we even left the destination and wasted two hours for road side to get there. Then they told me if I turned in the same day I would get refunded for my additional day I did not want and turns out this locations couldn't give me my money back.

Mark Sl asked to rent the trailer for two days . there was a miss order when l picked up trailer at the original location .l had to go to another location for my order to have the trailer for the two days as l requested. l know the timing of my trailer use was a very very high use time frame but l was not as happy as l have been in the past. thank you for letting me use your trailer.....
Joe NThe guy was rude and kept putting my card on the counter and wouldn't look at me! He had other trailers, but decided to to give me the damaged trailer and put stickers on it to allow the drop off location to know that it was damaged! He wouldn't help out the car on the tow dolley! I wouldn't use this place again! I pulled a damage tow dolley over 800 miles when I shouldn't had to do that!

willard mLet's see where should I start we made a reservation at one location went to pick it up not only did they not have my trailer but they called to cops on me when I told them to find one like there customer service center said they would never yelled or used foul language then they messed up my billing can't give me a correct receipt and gave me a $50 refund on a over $600 bill all for the trouble are you flipping kidding just a FYI uhaul his will be going up the chain

willard mNeed to have a truck in our town and not have to drive 136 miles round trip out of the way! Especially with two u haul location in town! And not given enough miles to cover the extra miles we had to drive! Personnel did not help us load the appliance dolly and the pads!
Marvin SI was given a truck with no fuel, but told it was a quarter of a tank (literally ran out at the gas station ). The truck was muddy, bug covered, late being returned and full of broken glass. We were advised not to bother checking it out as it was all ok, including the cab full of cigarette butts! We were shorted padding we paid for because all they had was open packages. The KC service sent our reservation to the wrong city (30 miles away) until I had it changed and was still for the wrong vehicle until the local dealer got it corrected.

Amber TThe computer system had trouble processing my order, so there were long delays in picking up my equipment and dropping it back off. Frank, at the location, was super helpful in getting it fixed, though
Adam RMy tow trailer wasn't equipped with electrical hookup. The gentleman who helped me didn't hook up the electrical wiring. I found out about it later when I got home. The place was 85 miles from my home.
Daniel eI will not use U-Haul again as I had to drive over 70 miles just to pick up a truck to use. Then when I did the truck had not been cleaned as it should have been.
