The location was fine but the check-in experience was brutal. The closer location saved us no time whatsoever after such a convoluted check-in process. Next time I'd just rent from the main UHaul location to deal with a human being. In the middle of a move and wanting to get on your way, and you're forced to open a UHaul account on your phone, choose a password with capital letters and symbols, take photos, etc etc. If more of this can be processed by the clerk/cashier at the location than on one's phone, it would be much better.

This is the last time I do the pick up here! The code was not working for the lock and good luck to get someone on phone or chat! Return was a disaster. It was all done online and my phone was not able to share location so I could not complete the return and long wait time for phone support! It doesn't help that it rains like crazy!!

The location was fine. The process for renting the vehicle was a nightmare. Your web application is poorly designed and the steps in the app and the emails I received are completely inconsistent. The gentleman at Fair Food Market was a limited in how he could help so i had Tom all customer service which led to 40min wait times + calls with multiple agents. This resulted in my pick up and delivery schedule being pushed back and multiple people affected down the line. U-haul will be my last resort for renting any type of equipment in the future unless you can somehow reverse this and spin it into a positive.

Customer help would've been great. Owner couldn't have cared less we were having issues- also a man just sitting next to the counter not wearing a mask? Pretty uncomfortable and bad customer service

The roof of the truck leaked. It was raining mildly and over a two hour period about 2 cups of water leaked onto our furniture.
