Arrived at store and no one showed up for 1/2 hour late. Store was closing suddenly, but employee did show up

Scott RTruck inside was dirty, some sort of blue stuff all over the inside. The man who took care of my rental was rude and arrogant.
JULIE MInitial billing was incorrect, I questioned it at the time and was told it was correct. I returned the trailer & next day I checked the bank and u haul removed twice as much I called & was told the first contract was an estimate . I did not care the price but when unexpected amounts are drawn out of a bank account that is not appreciated.

TODD WI rented 2 Dollie's and furniture pads which I paid for and did not receive. Pick up time was 7:30 AM and unable to get approval and keys from U-Haul until 8am.
Sarah WThe employees were very kind and understanding of the crazy storms I faced while moving. I also couldnt get the gas cap off when trying to refuel before returning. I called and let them know and instead of charging me for "not refueling" they were so kind to do the labor and fill it up for me and then add the fuel charges to my bill. It was great service. Coming from a property/business manager who deals with the "hassle" of moving trucks and people daily. Thank You Ace True Value of Fairfield

Michael JFound an inch of water in the middle cup holder. Stuck my Rolled up Rental Contract in it temporarily and when I pulled it out it was all wet. It is dry now. Also, this truck Shifts very rough. The Automatic Transmission needs to be checked out. It did not matter whether you shifted it by gear from 1 to Drive using RPM or just put it in Drive, it was having a rough time shifting until it got up to drive then it ran fine. I did not get a chance to talk to the Rental Agent. They closed the store 4:00 pm instead of the regular 4:30 pm and I got there at 4:05 pm so had to use the Night Drop Box for the keys.

Jonathan FThe pigtail for trailer lights was faulty before and after I picked up the trailer. A new pigtail needs to be installed. The person that helped hook up trailer was having problems getting the lights to work on the trailer. The pigtail ends were worn out and needed replaced. Once I left the true value with trailer the lights stopped working again. I had to twist the connectors in one direction in order for the lights to work.
Nathan GSwitch where the U-Haul business is handled instead of a dying "True Value". Took a long time for someone to show up.Took too long to process…….oh forget it ……no one really gives a shot any way .

George WPlease inspect, or have someone knowledgeable about vehicle wiring, inspect the trailers for corroded wiring. This is definitely a safety issue.
