Truck was clean. Pick up was easy and the person helping me was friendly and professional. This appears to be a smaller business, and when I went to return the truck, there was a sign on the door that they were closed for vacation. I was able to complete the return online which went smoothly, but might be something people want to be aware of.

The location was closed. I needed supplies I couldn't get due to the closure. The lot was muddy and wet, unpaved. I had to take many many pictures to satisfy the app I was forced to use to pick up the vehicle and to walk all around the vehicle in the mud. I can't believe they charged anyone for this experience. I felt like I was working for UHaul.

ANTONY WGreat location, I've used multiple times in the past but this time the parking lot was a massive safety hazard. The entire parking lot was a sheet of ice along it very dangerous to walk on. When trying to return the truck the back lot was so slick from all of the snow that day that the truck got stuck in the lot. It was nearly 8pm at the point so there was no one there to assist

The truck was covered in snow so I had to clean it off. And my truck reservation was moved from its original location to a location that was closed that day so I couldn't contact anyone locally for advice or help. Terrible start to a long day of moving. Thanks for nothing.
Miles DCheck the safety like mirrors. The passenger side mirror was loose and moved while driving. I could not see on the right side of the truck with the mirror.

CHING WThe young lady at this location was very helpful. She warmed up the vehicle, adjusted our departure pickup time and told me about a couple of non-hazardous deficiencies with the truck. It still worked well, and we had no problems. It was very cold that Saturday morning, and he parking brake was sticking a little. Also, when shifting into park mode, the indicator light (P) would sometimes come on and sometimes not. I did report those issues when I returned the truck.

BONNIE JThis location had rusted back door wheels. It was so difficult to close, so much so that we had to jump off the truck to use our body weight to pull it down. Most of the time it would stop six inches from closed and we'd have to push it back up, which also was difficult. Someone had left a beat-up & dirty iPad (small size) - so we put it in the glove box.

I almost went back and told the guy, but I was a little tired then when I got back and returned the truck, I knew why because there were people standing around outside smoking pot that's why I had to Rent a truck in the first place. It was too empty out my apartment and leave my apartment because the people upstairs were smoking in their apartment and it Infiltrated into my apartment. God bless America thank you
Cheryl GEverything about the location and rental were fine, no significant complaints. However, it looked like the truck interior had not been cleaned since the previous user. Inside was covered in mud and crumbs and the center console was sticky. Bare minimum should have at least been vacuuming before next rental.

Amy LDO NOT RETURN A U-HAUL HERE!!! Just like the prior review stated they tried to shake me down for almost $900 in bogus "dents" for my rental. U-Haul even said there was no damages…so I'm reporting this scam to the NYS attorney general and the local media to expose them. Luckily I never paid the $900 bill they sent me! Don't use them unless you want to be taken advantage of!
Jeffrey AThere's nothing really wrong with this location. The problem is that the reservation was originally for Victor Rt 96. Their 10' truck had an issue, so they rescheduled me for the 130 Despatch East Rochester location. Unfortunately, when the reservation was changed, something didn't go through, so I was never sent an email to checkin for the 130 Despatch location. That meant that when I arrived at the 130 Despatch location, the "find truck" option wasn't available in the uhaul app. It took over 45 min on the phone to determine why I couldn't find the truck I'd rented. It's a relatively industrial area in the middle of nowhere. I don't appreciate having to hang out there with my wife and 3 yr-old son. This isn't rocket science. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Bryon VStop trying to scam your customers. The damage your claiming I did was all old damage. Corrosion on scratches happens over time. If those scratches and dents were done by me they would look fresh. Shiny. Free of corrosion. Very unlikely a Class A Driver would damage 4 different spots to a rental with a spotless accident free record. I'm insulted by this experience.

JOSEPH SThe app wouldn't recognize my location even after making sure it was on. Thankfully I had another person with me to login on their phone. Even after that I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for some ridiculous verification process because I have a temporary ID after including it with my expired picture. 45 minutes in the parking lot before getting the authorization to access the lock.

Bernard CPickup was easy and so was drop off. Manager was quick and was ready for me when I arrived for pickup. Window handle on driver's side was broken so hard to open window. Otherwise truck was clean in cab and loading area. Not much parking available to leave my vehicle.

I did not receive the call two days ahead of my rental confirming the rental and where the pickup would be. I had to call to get the confirmation and then learned where to pickup the rental.
